We had a great experience today for lunch! Amanda was wonderful! We had a little hiccup with the bamboo stick put in my chicken sandwich. Parts of the stick was in the sandwich when I took a bite. I immediately spit it out and was careful eating half (I took half to go) Plantation location. Amanda came over and I explained my experience and she spoke with the manager. Colton is a RockStar!!! You guys are so lucky to have him. He does it ALL. He is always hustling... Tony and Ben are great also. We love the restaurant, food, staff and atmosphere!!! You guys are the BEST!

Kaluz Pembroke Pines is described as a beautiful restaurant with an amazing location. The food is delicious and always terrific. Guests have enjoyed the calamari as an appetizer, a bistro salad, the chicken buffalo flatbread, and a chicken sandwich. The Going Bananas dessert is called the best and is highly recommended. The staff is welcoming, nice, pleasant, attentive, and funny, providing great recommendations and making sure everything is all right at all times. One guest mentioned a water glass was dirty but it was replaced right away, and another mentioned a hiccup with a bamboo stick in a chicken sandwich, which was handled by the manager who comped the sandwich and the appetizer. Overall, the experience is described as a 10/10 and next level awesome. Many guests look forward to coming back soon and will be back this week for sure.
