“Mayor’s Cafe was so good! The interior is very cute and warm. The service was excellent. Our waitress was at our table immediately after we sat down and she was very friendly and prompt with her service. I had an omelette with bacon and cheese. They did not skimp on the fillings! “Spent 4 wonderful days at this hotel and absolutely enjoyed this attached facility. The service was spot on and the food at happy hour was a fantastic price. To go along with the price it was actually very good and what made me come back a few nights in a row. Many shy away from happy hour bar food, I would not here as it was a steal. If I am in Miami again I will definitely stay here so I can enjoy the food and drink again, from the appetizer place, to the mussels and the yucca fries with french onion soup. Comfort food at its finest.“

“PRISCILLA! The BEST waitress I have ever had. I was shocked that competent and friendly waitresses exist after having bad experiences eating out, as of late, with other waitresses. She waited on our table and it was a group of 20 with about 10 eight year-old children. She was friendly to all of us and really connected with all the adult guests at the table. Plus, her customer service was 10/10. Each time I go back to Miami Lakes Ale House, I am asking for her. Also, the manager on staff and other waitress were so accommodating to the kids, even hanging a “Happy Birthday” banner for us, singing “Happy Birthday” and giving each of the children lollipops.
