“I was there this am 10:15, there were 12 people waiting for their orders. In the meantime, drive in was up to speed the service for drive in or for pickup at the counter all to speed. HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO ONE TAKING CARE OF THE COUNTER, IN ADDITION ONLY 1 KIOSK WAS WORKING. AS A RESULT PEOPLE WERE GETTING UPSET . IS THERE A MANAGER AT THIS PLACE? SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE THE CORRECT DECISIONS. OBVIOUSLY THERE WASN'T SUFFICIENT HELP. I
AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I Have been there at this time. O would hate to go there at lunch time. Their only concern seems to be de drive in and the pick up orders.

“These smash burgers are one of the best in Miami. They make the fries the way I like, perfectly thin and crispy. For takeouts, fries are made when you pick up your order. It is a very nice attention! Staff is always friendly and nice every time, especially Thomas and Andy.“

“I decided to have the $7 pincho burger with fries that was the Labor Day special. I have to say that this is the best burger you can get for the money, even at regular pricing. It's definitely worth it over the disgusting, overpriced Burger King and McDonald's. I placed my order via the app, which I highly suggest, and it was already prepared when I arrived. Also, the customer service was excellent. Remember to request pincho sauce. Additionally, they offer a fantastic happy hour that runs from 4 to 10 p.m. It's hard to find better deals for $3.00 drafts and $2.50 bottled beer.“

“Dorol steakhouse had some of the best food I have ever eaten. The place was quiet and being visitors from the far east coast, the waiter and the team were quite exceptional in their service. Great team specifically Jesus, he was a great server I would recommend to anyone any day! The chef did great even our kids enjoyed their meal. Will definitely comeback! I recommend this restaurant to anyone local or visiting Dorol or Miami area in general.“

“Beautiful and vibrant restaurant! The food was fantastic, the ambiance was incredible, and the staff was exceptionally kind—especially Nick, who took great care of our table. Nick clearly loves what he does, and his enthusiasm made our experience even better. We had a wonderful dining experience with family on a Wednesday night. Live music, a lively crowd, and convenient valet parking right in front made it even better. Highly recommend!

She took our drink orders and gave us 5 minutes to decide on the rest of our order. Shortly after, we ordered two burgers and a hot dog. First, the staff is extremely friendly, always a smile, when I come they know my name and they take care of any needs…
Second, Food is incredibly fresh, compared to others, they are always inventing and bringing new plates, offers, rewards, etc… which most places won’t change a plate for at least a year. They introduced milanesas, ciabattas, coffee, and more…
Third, favorite dishes Mario Bowl is a must! Mahi Mahi platter is extremely good, and also the crispy chicken…. Banana bread is good too and soups also.

“I didn't get my chicken sandwich after an hour and a half of waiting. I actually love this restaurant, but I don't understand why my meal took so long to make this time around. Even when I alerted a supervisor within the 30-minute mark, my food somehow got taken by someone who wasn't me. I was eating by myself, so no one should be taking the food I paid for.“
