“Terrible experience. I ordered two BBQ Brisket Whoppers. And it looks nothing like the image they promote or the ingredients listed in the description. I don't understand why they'd skimp on ingredients for something we're paying for and isn't free. Just a little bit of beef brisket. No crispy onions or cheese. Also, I asked to add lettuce and they said they didn't have any. Most of the menu has lettuce and they don't have any? How crazy. This isn't the first time I've had this bad experience at this place. They should close it down if it doesn't represent or have the Burger King concept. This burger is a king without a crown.“

“Very bad service. They take a lot. I know there are less staff. But it is not the clients' problems. Less staff, bad service because the employees are not going to kill themselves unloading the food, they work with lenses and we, the customers, are screwed by ourselves. I'm not coming back again.“
