A margarita, a Washington Apple, and a double tequila with cran, pineapple juice, grenadine, and triple sec; they were GOOD!!! Live music on Fridays and a packed house but not shoulder to shoulder packed. Security was all in my phone thinking I was recording at the bar, but it was on photo mode. Nosey need glasses!!! You can not video the bar, but you can video the live band. Overall it's a nice bar with reasonably priced drinks. Food is available as well with free food after 12am on Fridays. The free food was pretty good, pasta with meatballs and rice. There's a raffle as well $3 for 5 tickets or $5 for 10.“

We also tried the chicken quesadillas and were not disappointed. I also noticed a couple ladies that were really enjoying the Twin Maine Lobster Special. We could have had an earthquake and it wouldn’t have distracted them ?. The menu was extensive enough that you could be there regularly and not be bored. I have tried steak sandwiche, chicken wings and shimp and tostones! Very tasty and made pretty quick. What I like mostly about this place is it's combination for bar,/ dance floor/ pool table setup with many TVs for sports. Music is upon request. Mostly Latin music but I have seen then cater to every demographic according to request by customers. They are open till 5am sat and Sunday and continue to serve beers ect to its customers up until closing. Each individual coming into the Place is checked for weapons . Patrons are carded if individuals look underage or in question. I recall this place definitely if you enjoy playing pool and watching sports.“

We really enjoyed his suggestions which we had for dinner. Our food was brought out so quickly and he watched his tables at all times. Best service we have had in long time. “So impressed. Like, rarely impressed but this place was amazing. We dropped our son off for a football game at Doral Meadows, two hours before his game. Decided we would go somewhere for a cocktail and dinner, then return to see the game start. After looking at all the options on yelp, we opted for this place. We saw some folks on the patio. I walked in with my wife and my 10 year old son. The staff was super friendly, but told us that they had an event starting soon and could only seat us outside. It was hot so we thanked them and left. Right before our feet hit the parking lot, Carlos came out and stopped us. "Hey, are you just here for dinner? Please, come inside. The event starts at 8, so you have time to eat." Awesome. Inside, the restaurant impressed. Beautiful decor, a high end direct view display, electro voice speakers (I'm an audio/video nerd). The menu was full of great looking stuff, from ribs and burgers to kalamari and chicharrón. My son ordered a kid's ribeye and mashed potatoes- his favorites. My wife and I ordered an espresso martini and a margarita, and opted to try three appetizers instead of an entree. We got the burrata, the chicharrones, and the shrimp ceviche. First, my wife loved the margarita. It's her go-to on date nights, so she was happy. Second, I'm not lying when I say this was the best espresso martini I have ever had. I order them very regularly, and am very picky. This was not too sweet, not too tart, and extra shaken so it was ice cold and foamy. Absolutely delicious. The chicharrones were really good. Awesome snack. The burrata was incredible. The ceviche was insanely good. I finished my kid's steak, and it was as good a ribeye as you would find in top notch steakhouses. From the kids menu. Awesome. We may even drive the 35 minutes away to experience this place again. Not only is the food great, but the staff is attentive and friendly. Great little spot.“

“This visit was unacceptable. We were a party of 7 on a Wednesday night after an event. Was given a booth for all of us , which we didn't fit. Had to request a chair and put it in the aisle. Waited approximately 15-20 minutes, and no one would come to attend us. Had to flag someone down to get to attend our table. 30 minutes after we sat down, we finally had a waitress. We asked her if we could get the booth next to ours to spread out. She had to get permission, and that took another 10-15 minutes, and still we haven't ordered. Overall, it took 3 hours for a 1-1 1/2 hour visit. Not happy with the service that evening.“

“First of all, I've always had a great experience at this location. Their ribs are superb. But unfortunately, this last visit, I happened to order the half rib with a half barbecue chicken. I was extremely disappointed when my meal came. Everything seemed to be on point. The ribs were fantastic, but when I tried the chicken. The meat was hard and seemed aged. I am a meat lover, and it's hard to get me to reject chicken ,ribs, or pork, but I have to say this was the worst chicken I've tried in years . I was able to avoid a situation like this for some time I guess. I believe this location doesn't really sell much of their half chicken orders, and the poultry was sitting for some time in the fridge. I was forced to just leave the half chicken and enjoy the rest of my visit. I did give a tip to the waitress because it was no fault of her own, and I didn't want to ruin the time I was having with my son. I will be back but will never attempt to get half a chicken. Be warned and save yourself the disappointment.“

Only one detail was that they add a tip to the bill, which should be optional, well they do that in all the restaurants in Miami, but for everything else the stay at the restaurant was good. She waited on our table and it was a group of 20 with about 10 eight year-old children. She was friendly to all of us and really connected with all the adult guests at the table. Plus, her customer service was 10/10. Each time I go back to Miami Lakes Ale House, I am asking for her. Also, the manager on staff and other waitress were so accommodating to the kids, even hanging a “Happy Birthday” banner for us, singing “Happy Birthday” and giving each of the children lollipops.
