“Food was good We ordered the nachos, chicken wings, a chicken Parmesan sandwich. A couple of blue moon beers and a lemonade. My favorite of the three appetizers were the nachos, they were crunchy and I liked the beans and the sauce that came with it.The service was on point considering it was only one attendant at the bar. And she had there tables already going on. The ambiance was fun, it makes you wanna plan an event and have it there eventually... fun event music“
“I love coming to hooters just for their blackened shrimp. Today we came to hialeah hooters and their was a little delay/mixup with my order (something that has never happened to me before) but a manager Mario jumped into action really quick and made it right! I was very pleased and amazed how fast and professional he was and pleased us as customers. Normally others would get upset but he was so awesome it's hard to even get upset when he was just so nice.. thank you Mario for your efforts and being a great manager. Love hooters !“
“Definitely not what I expected. I was in the area getting custom prints, don’t know the area at all, looks very industrial so wasn’t expecting much for lunch! The place is nothing fancy but the ‘Sancocho de Costilla’ was amazing. Straight off the pot, good portion of meat and tasted just as mine. I am a hard critic on my homeland dishes, but this one gets all my praises. Didn’t try anything else, but would definitely make the trek for that soup again! Oh and the service was great, Gabriela who took my order was very attentive and cordial.“

“PRISCILLA! The BEST waitress I have ever had. I was shocked that competent and friendly waitresses exist after having bad experiences eating out, as of late, with other waitresses. She waited on our table and it was a group of 20 with about 10 eight year-old children. She was friendly to all of us and really connected with all the adult guests at the table. Plus, her customer service was 10/10. Each time I go back to Miami Lakes Ale House, I am asking for her. Also, the manager on staff and other waitress were so accommodating to the kids, even hanging a “Happy Birthday” banner for us, singing “Happy Birthday” and giving each of the children lollipops. Great food, kid-friendly and amazing atmosphere!P.S Zingers Mountain Melt with honey mustard and ranch dressing so good! “First of all, I've always had a great experience at this location. Their ribs are superb. But unfortunately, this last visit, I happened to order the half rib with a half barbecue chicken. I was extremely disappointed when my meal came. Everything seemed to be on point. The ribs were fantastic, but when I tried the chicken. The meat was hard and seemed aged. I am a meat lover, and it's hard to get me to reject chicken ,ribs, or pork, but I have to say this was the worst chicken I've tried in years . I was able to avoid a situation like this for some time I guess. I believe this location doesn't really sell much of their half chicken orders, and the poultry was sitting for some time in the fridge. I was forced to just leave the half chicken and enjoy the rest of my visit. I did give a tip to the waitress because it was no fault of her own, and I didn't want to ruin the time I was having with my son. I will be back but will never attempt to get half a chicken. Be warned and save yourself the disappointment.“
