“PRISCILLA! The BEST waitress I have ever had. I was shocked that competent and friendly waitresses exist after having bad experiences eating out, as of late, with other waitresses. She waited on our table and it was a group of 20 with about 10 eight year-old children. She was friendly to all of us and really connected with all the adult guests at the table. Plus, her customer service was 10/10. Each time I go back to Miami Lakes Ale House, I am asking for her. Also, the manager on staff and other waitress were so accommodating to the kids, even hanging a “Happy Birthday” banner for us, singing “Happy Birthday” and giving each of the children lollipops. We also tried the chicken quesadillas and were not disappointed. I also noticed a couple ladies that were really enjoying the Twin Maine Lobster Special. We could have had an earthquake and it wouldn’t have distracted them ?. The menu was extensive enough that you could be there regularly and not be bored. Live music on Fridays and a packed house but not shoulder to shoulder packed. Security was all in my phone thinking I was recording at the bar, but it was on photo mode. Nosey need glasses!!! You can not video the bar, but you can video the live band. Overall it's a nice bar with reasonably priced drinks. Food is available as well with free food after 12am on Fridays. The free food was pretty good, pasta with meatballs and rice. There's a raffle as well $3 for 5 tickets or $5 for 10.“

I had the Shroom and Swiss Burger which was hand pressed burger patty on a nicely grill roll with fries. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My wife had the Greek Salad which was also a very generous portion. It came with a generous amount of Feta Cheese and tomato and olives as well as some Gyro Meat. “This visit was unacceptable. We were a party of 7 on a Wednesday night after an event. Was given a booth for all of us , which we didn't fit. Had to request a chair and put it in the aisle. Waited approximately 15-20 minutes, and no one would come to attend us. Had to flag someone down to get to attend our table. 30 minutes after we sat down, we finally had a waitress. We asked her if we could get the booth next to ours to spread out. She had to get permission, and that took another 10-15 minutes, and still we haven't ordered. Overall, it took 3 hours for a 1-1 1/2 hour visit. Not happy with the service that evening.“

“Great place to chill out playing pool. Staff were very inviting and extremely helpful. All tables were taken bar one that had no light over it. The manager quickly installed a light over it so we could play. all the tables in the hall were high standard. we had food which was really good. Your $15 wage will get you about $9 worth of food. “Been to many of the Flannigan's in South Florida, this one has the best kitchen. Consistently well made food and attention to detail. The bar area can get a little loud, which isn't terrible but sometimes can't even hear table conversation. Sometimes crowded so service can struggle, however the staff is great.
