I’m not sure if it’s the chef or the kitchen staff, but during my last visit I ordered shrimp as an appetizer and they were rubbery, and the pasta dish was too salty. On a positive note, the atmosphere is safe, clean, and very family-friendly. The waitstaff are excellent, and Cinthia in particular stands out. She is extremely, exceptionally attentive—truly going above and beyond with every customer. “This was my first visit to Bob G's Wings N' Things & it was like I was treated like a VIP. My waitress, Angie was just super & making sure everything was good. A server named Allie came over and checked to make sure we were on the list.When we were seated Allie took great care of us and the meal was great !!! “I'm a patriot. I'm ex-military army. So I keep up with what's going on in the world. Some years back when Obama was allowing men dressed as women to go into the little girls restroom and he was allowing men to compete in women's sports I was really pissed.Who would not be??? So some years back when I came to the bar and I was drinking,I was a little intoxicated that night so when I went to the restroom that night I saw a woman dressed as a man going into the woman's restroom,and this woman looked like a man, come to find out she's a bull Dyke, I tried to stop her from going into the woman's bathroom and I told her to go into the men's room. Like I say I was very intoxicated and somehow I got her mixed up as a tranny. One gender trying to look like the opposite gender. I've never had anything against gay people. Some of them are actually some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I hope that she can forgive me for what I did that night. And I am truly sorry.“

As a bar, it had a limited but satisfying beer and liquor selection but offsets that lack of variety with high quality food. The wings are amazing, and there are lots of fried seafood, salads, sandwiches and burgers, all fresher and tastier than you’d expect. This is also a no frills bar for locals, a true neighborhood hangout worth getting to know even if you don’t live in the neighborhood.“

“I was here tonight where a lady didn't like her food. I watched the owner and bartender try to resolve the issue immediately for her, with professionalism and pose. The food I had was incredible, not sure what she had. But all I know is, if I was them, I wouldn't have maintained my composure for nearly as long. It was my first time here, and definitely seemed like a stray crazy person on Christmas evening. Pricing is fair and low, ambiance is very family oriented, like a strong community.
