We are from PA and stopped in for a fast snack! Ryan, our server was so much fun that we each had 2 drinks apiece, a starter, Chicken tenders, Mahi Sammie and desert! Truly a great experience! Thanks Ryan!!!!
Horrible service at bar. Totally ignores you. Waited 15 minutee to order and another 30 minutee to get food. Will never go back there again. It was not busy.
In a service industry where hospitality and customer satisfaction are paramount, the presence of such a server like we had is detrimental to the reputation of the establishment. It is evident that she lacked the essential qualities required to thrive in this line of work, including a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
We definitely will not return!
