Awful, avoid this location. Staff refused to wash her hands before preparing our order. She was hugging another coworker and on her phone so we kindly asked if she could wear gloves or wash her hands before making our food. We didn’t demand, we weren’t rude. She refused to do either. We requested a refund and they said they couldn’t give us a refund. 3 weeks later, I’ve called, emailed, escalated - and still no refund!
Terrible customer service. I arrived at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing and was told they were already closed and could not make me a smoothie. When I pointed out that the store didn’t close until 9:00 PM and asked why one more drink couldn’t be made, the employee ignored me and walked away from me. Store closed at 7:40? Been here before as well, wait time is outrageous. Corporate should definitely check this location.
