Cafe Americano is a restaurant with a nice atmosphere and a good location. The coffee and bagel were noted to be less impressive, with the bagel served 10 minutes after the coffee and the flat white not having two espresso shots as advertised. However, the service was a highlight, with waitresses Agostina and Kyleigh providing excellent hospitality and extensive knowledge about the menu. Kyleigh, in particular, was praised for her friendly demeanor and ability to turn a quick lunch into a long, enjoyable experience.
