Hello,
I made an order in dennys online site for Samuel Ramirez. I ordered 2 smash burgers and 1 of them did not arrive. I called the location several times and they hung up on me when I dialed 2 to speak to team member. I would like a refund, the delivery person took a picture and you can clearly see only one box of the 1 item was delivered and not 2. I am trying to resolve through here before disputing credit card charge. Please reach out to me how to resolve.
Stopped in for a light breakfast and some coffee on June 17, 2025. Had a great server by the name of Richie S. He was prompt, polite and professional. The three p's that denotes a great employee. He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling.
