I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carbone, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and each bite was a true delight.Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner or a special celebration, Carbone is the perfect choice. The combination of good food and an exclusive vibe truly sets it apart from other restaurants.
I had a great time dining at Carbone.Reservations: I tried to book a table a month in advance for our visit to Miami and the tables were extremely limited (only tables available at 11p) and most days no tables were free, so I put my name on a waiting list for the entire time we’d be in town. Born and raised in NY.. love NY carbone. Came to Miami carbone for the first time finally and it was incredible. MIGUEL was the most kind, informative, white glove/service style service I’ve had in a long time in Miami. Because of his amazing service and Tatiana’s incredible accommodations I will be coming back instead of flying to New York
