I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing!

One of our “Must Go!” restaurants when we are in South Beach!! The hostesses are always so welcoming and from there the service just continues to get better and better! The restaurant is a beautiful venue with great piped in music setting the vibe! And the food is consistently fantastic!
