I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing!

We had a great experience and loved everything we ordered. The Caesar salad presentation was nice. I definitely will be back!
Carbone Miami was an awesome experience all around. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere and overall vibe made the entire night feel special.
Our waiter was fantastic too. He took the time to walk us through the menu, answered any questions we had, and gave us some really solid recommendations along the way. The service felt attentive without being over the top, which made the experience even better.
