Gosh I love this place. We went to Prime 112 in 2021 and this year we visited Miami again for my birthday and 10 year wedding anniversary and my husband surprised me with a birthday dinner at Prime Italian and everything from the service to the food was top tier. Waiter came over immediately, started out like it was going to be excellent from the the beginning They brought the bread, which got extremely hard in a matter of minutes, telling me that it was warmed in a Microwave We placed the order. Prime Italian is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami Beach. Start with the cheesy bread with tomato sauce (you can't stop eating it). The food is always fresh. Try the Branzino and the filet with creamy horseradish sauce with a baked potato with all the extras. If you are looking for a romantic evening, this is the place to go. Grab a handful of the free chocolate mints on your way out!
