Prime Italian is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami Beach. Start with the cheesy bread with tomato sauce (you can't stop eating it). The food is always fresh. Try the Branzino and the filet with creamy horseradish sauce with a baked potato with all the extras. If you are looking for a romantic evening, this is the place to go. Grab a handful of the free chocolate mints on your way out!

Gosh I love this place. We went to Prime 112 in 2021 and this year we visited Miami again for my birthday and 10 year wedding anniversary and my husband surprised me with a birthday dinner at Prime Italian and everything from the service to the food was top tier. Our server Catherine was absolutely beautiful inside and out(her brows, skin, and teeth….*chef’s kiss*) but she was so sweet and so knowledgeable about the menu and she told me about some things that weren’t on the menu so I ended up getting the lobster ravioli and my husband got the Wagyu risotto…..OMG. SO good. I left full and happy! Happy Birthday to me :) I would recommend this place to everybody and we will be back!

Waiter came over immediately, started out like it was going to be excellent from the the beginning They brought the bread, which got extremely hard in a matter of minutes, telling me that it was warmed in a Microwave We placed the order. The Appetizer came, stuffed meatball, good although extremely salty, probably could have been excellent with a lot less salt Then the mains came They brought all of my date's food, brought my Veal Chop Parm, but no LOBSTER MAC! I looked around for the waiter, no less than 5 minutes later he appeared asking how everything was, I said good but where's the Lobster Mac? His response was, they didn't deliver it? I'll get it right away! Needless to say, 15 minutes later (meaning he never ordered it, it came out piping hot, when we were already done, the other guy dropped it on the table and ran Waiter never offered any compensation, I should have asked for a Manager at that point but I was on 1st date, didn't want to create a scene Should have been deducted from the check, ate 2 bites, brought the rest home Will eat it tomorrow, I'm sure it won't be as good Very expensive dinner, not great, disappointing in fact Thanks, Phil

We had the most amazing dining experience, from the host to the bartender the service was top notch! The bread is amazing, my husband and I shared several dishes and each one topped the one before. Oysters were to die for! I wanted some extra spice in my rigatoni alla vodka and it was the best pasta I’ve ever had! We sat at the bar and everyone around us were locals who come there weekly, everyone was so friendly. Just an all around great experience!

Why make a reservation...just know you're waiting an hour. Most of the food was fabulous but the lobster risotto, which is a popular dish there, was so disappointing. The lobster was overcooked and hidden within the overdone risotto. Big let down
First impressions are everything, right? That’s what we’ve been taught since we are young. The receptionist, Ashley, is the worst representation of this restaurant. She lacks any type of people skills and was actually rude when we checked in to see when we might be seated. We had reservations, arrived early, and understood if we couldn’t be seated early. We frequent upper scaled establishments and I promise you, we will NEVER come to this restaurant again. Ashley should be fired. She is a terrible first impression.

Delicious! We stopped for lunch on our way home to VA after a week in the Keys. The waiter was amazing as was the food! I used to eat there all the time when in Miami for work, and it is exactly as I remembered!

Overall good experience! We have been here many times but not for a few years and it did not disappoint. Our Waiter Ryan was wonderful! Friendly and accommodating There was good support staff too so service was great. Despite it being crowded and a half hour wait after our reservation hostess was lovely and they comped us on desert. Food came out quickly and was delicious as always. The cheesy bread with Tomato sauce to dip is Soo good as was the Prime chopped salad We had Kobe Meatballs and spaghetti which was also quite good We will be back !

Our favorite Italian restaurant in Miami! The food is divine from the mozzarella fried balls to the chicken parmigiana and the fried Oreos! The service is excellent and we never have to wait.
