My husband has always wanted to eat at Carbone in NYC, but the waitlist is so long. We were happy to score at 5:30pm reservation while visiting Miami. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. The vibe is that of old NY Italian. We were seated and our server immediately introduced herself. She took our drink order and the fresh bread, fennel and cauliflower were brought out to the table. For an appetizer we ordered the prosciutto and mozzarella. The mozzarella was so fresh it was still warm! It was so good!!! The prosciutto was sliced perfectly and tasted amazing. We shared the lobster ravioli. The ravioli was 99% lobster and stuffed. It was amazing. The sauce was creamy yet light. For our entree we ordered the shrimp scampi that was priced per piece. These shrimp were gigantic! We each had 2 shrimp and it was plenty. We were so full we decided not to have dessert but our server brought out some Italian cookies with a candle for my husbands birthday. This meal is definitely in our top 10!

We've ranked carbone as our favorite restaurant after our visit. Such a fun atmosphere. Impeccable service. Food was all so good too.

Every night at Carbone is a fantastic night. I decided to treat myself with my man as this was the only place I wanted to go to and I did not want to go anywhere else to spend my birthday. Our server Luigi was outstanding, I can definitely trust and rely on him to have a great evening. Peterson was also fantastic. I felt so at-home, not many places that you can get that feeling from. I hope this location stays here forever

Carbone excelled in every aspect. The service was incredible and the staff was on point. The food was amazing and lived up to the hype. I’m already looking forward to my next visit at Carbone. I had this world class experience while I was having an awful night for reasons 100% unrelated to Carbone.

Not up to par with NY location. Was disappointed by the food and they ended up moving us outside even though we booked an inside table. Overpriced and food was lackluster. Pasta was completely overcooked and bread was raw.

One of the most romantic restaurants in Miami. Asked for spicy vodka rigatoni, enjoyed the delicious bred, and try their unique lemon cheesecake ✨ Their wines are exquisites!

Be ready for a steep bill... if you don't want bottled water make sure you say tap... $9/bottle and with a party of 9 they charged us a bottle/pp without us asking.... Everyone had drinks so water not solo means of hydration. Lasagna not worth the price, I would stay with the Signature Rigatoni, that did not disappoint. The chicken dish w/balsamic vinaigrette (not sure of name) was delicious and very tender... Ceasar salad was good! If you're celebrating a special occasion and bring a cake, it's $15/pp even though we were told $12/po upon entering the restaurant. Wait staff very attentive and very trained to recommend multiple dishes... Ambiance is like sitting in your Italian Grandma's house... Traditional Italian feeling So, if you don't mind a hefty bill, you will have a good meal and will leave full... most dishes served family style

We were really looking forward to our dinner and were disappointed. the meatballs were undercooked and staff did not offer to replace them or recook them or even reimburse us. the chicken scarpiello dish was not what I thought. Although it was good it was not a boneless meat dish. The food overall was good but the quality was overrated for the price.

Dined here for my birthday and it was the best experience. Top notch customer service, attention to detail, and excellent food! The table side Caesar salad was incredible and the wait staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time dining experience and will return again soon.

In all honesty, I feel Carbone is overrated. It is definitely fun for the experience, but it's way too expensive for the food being served. I've had a lot of things on the menu and it's very good, but not THAT good. What I can give it is that the service is AMAZING and the workers there are very good at what they do. The vibe of the restaurant is really cool and it's a cool place to dress up and feel fancy at. If you love celebrity sightings this is the place for you, but beyond that it's just not worth the price for the food. The serving sizes are really small for what you're paying! It's still great, but there are other places in miami that are a lot better for these prices.

Came here for my mom's birthday and had a great experience! They offer valet parking for about $20 so you won't have to worry about trying to find a park. The food here was so good, probably one of my favorite spots while visiting Miami. They start you off with a variety of different breads to try, with cauliflower, and salami. But I ended up getting the spicy rigatoni and my mom had the lobster ravioli and both dishes were bomb af!!!! I honestly cannot wait to visit this spot again!

Expectations were high and Carbone did not disappoint ? Great music, decor, food and overall vibe! Anthony & Peterson’s service was impeccable. Ask for their section! Thanks Tatiana for the kind service, will definitely be coming back.

Everything about this place is amazing and never fails to put a smile on my face. The appetizers always steal the show and the beef carpaccio is TO DIE FOR. The octopus and salmon were also phenomenal. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. I have no complaints besides the initial wait even after having a reservation. Overall worth every penny and would fly in again just to eat here!Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring kids here
