“This review is solely based on drinks. Stopped by The Dune Beach Bar at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne for drinks and had a great experience. My mojito was excellent and Geno and David made a special version with peach and passion fruit that was even better. They were both so friendly and made the visit feel relaxed and fun. I would definitely come back for their drinks and their great service.“

“Stopped in here for lunch after reading a few reviews. Place was very nice and relaxing, which was the kind of lunch we were looking for. My kid had her first quesadilla there, I also had the same, and it was outstanding. The flavors were on point, and the portion was so big - we probably should've just shared since we both left with half. ? Great little tucked away place for an affordable, good meal while on Key Largo.“

“I have had a positive experience at the restaurant and with prior wine orders - however this last order I was shorted 2 bottles on my last wine delivery at a total cost of over $60. I left two friendly voicemails and sent 3 friendly emails and received ZERO response and was forced to open a credit card dispute. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering wine from them again.

“Had an amazing late lunch at News Cafe. It was just the thing to start off my Miami trip! Had the Chicken Paillard which came in a very generous portion with roasted potatoes and an arugula salad and it was super tasty and fresh. Shout out to my server Paula who was friendly, attentive, and personable!“

“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

The food was great, but the outstanding staff is what truly sets this place apart. They handled our large group flawlessly from the second we walked through the door. We hit the jackpot with our server, Dennis—he was super friendly and made the entire meal feel like a special event!“

“Stopped at a bar in Miami Airport during a layover and it was actually a solid experience. Grabbed a smash burger and a couple Coronas, but it came out fast and tasted way better than I expected for airport food. Burger had a nice crisp on it and was pretty juicy.

Big shoutout to my waiter EJ though. Super chill, easy to talk to, and kept everything moving without me having to ask. Checked in at the right times and made sure I was good before my flight. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, especially with how busy it gets in there.

Overall just a smooth stop. If you’re passing through, it’s worth it and if you get EJ, you’re set.“

“My wife and I chose Giselle Miami to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary on May 15th, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hostess warmly greeted us and escorted us upstairs. The rooftop atmosphere was stunning — beautiful Miami skyline views, a perfect breeze, open-air vibes, and a live DJ playing smooth house music that set the perfect mood.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Valentino and Jorge take care of us. From the very first greeting until the end of the night, they were absolutely outstanding. Their service went far beyond expectations — they were attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary special. They guided us through the menu with excellent recommendations, checked on us constantly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Valentino and Jorge truly turned our evening into a memorable, unforgettable experience. Their exceptional care and attention to detail are the main reason we’ll be returning to Giselle on our next trip to Miami.
The food was fantastic as well. We enjoyed short rib skewers, wagyu dumplings, and salmon & caviar crispy rice to start. For mains, Valentino recommended the Flaming Lobster Thermidor and Skirt Steak — both were incredible. We also loved the truffle fries, broccolini, and pistachio baby carrots. My wife had the Porn Star Martini, I enjoyed the Mystic Jade and Timeless Old Fashioned, and we finished with the delicious Coming Up Roses and Giselle’s Pearls for dessert.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable rooftop dining experience in Miami, definitely make a reservation at Giselle and ask for Valentino and Jorge. They are the best!“

“Firsy things first, This restaurant is now called Celias. We were looking for Biscayne Tavern and walked right past it twice lol. Went inside the hotel and they let us know we were in the right spot and that the name had changed. The food was very tasty and served hot. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. We had a few drinks that were also delicious. Overall its a nice place, decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents.“

They have a dance floor and a bar area with many intimate dining tables for couples. And if you are feeling romantic, Just 2 blocks away you will find the Executive Airport Hotel with sexy and romantic suites!“

“Me and my siblings came from NY to visit Florida. We have eaten in plenty places in Miami, but honestly our server Barry set the bar real high, he was the highlight of out trip! “I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling.
