We tried the classic American breakfast and the French toast and I must say that everything was really excellent.
The staff very kind and helpful.
A negative note is that they have decidedly excessive prices because they charge more taxes than the ones of the places on the same street (equally good).“

“Amazing food and service. We lived in the area 10+yrs ago, and we come to visit Miami Beach once in a while. Nice surprise to run into this new place, which used to be Cantina 27 for years. Good taste on the renovation of the place.

The flatpita, lamb kebab and steak were superb, while the humus, tzatkizi, tahini and all the sauces on the side top notch.

We got served by Euro, the serbian. He was super attentive, kind and took the time to explain the concept and the menu before we placed the order. Hope this place keeps staff like him. Enthusiastic and with a positive vibe… not only for the honeymoon period of the new launch.

“This has been one of the best Miami Spice menus around town. Everything was delicious from our two appetizers to the perfectly cooked steak and delicious rice. Our server Chris was also excellent. I highly recommend it you will not be disappointed. The value is excellent. The only complaint I have is that they charge you $3 p/p for tap water. Never experienced that before since water is regularly free. But other than that it’s a fantastic restaurant“

“We went for lunch during Miami Spice. There were several choices and they didn't skimp on portion size. The gazpacho was especially tasty and refreshing. The sea bass was cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The crème brûlée was a bit too sweet and runny for my taste. The service was very attentive without being intrusive. The seating area was pleasant and the music low-key. We are Miami Beach locals and definitely recommend Amalia.“

“Beautiful and chic restaurant in the Española Way area of Miami Beach. Friendly service and delicious food. They also have a good size bar and offer indoor and outdoor seating options. Menu is simple but diverse. They also offer many cocktail varieties.Try the bean dip, fried cauliflower or grilled octopus. Also the whole chicken is enough to feed 3 people with lots of French fries! Lastly the chocolate mouse cake dessert is incredible.

Servers: we diners are good at math, I paid 20% tip on the total (not sub-total) and knew it, but felt you deserved it for outstanding work, and I recognize the economic conditions. That said, be aware you will need to provide top-notch consistent service before somebody complains.“

“We really liked the Miami spice dinner menu. I had delicious oysters and asked them to have a salad from the appetizers as my main dish instead of the choices offered. They accommodated and we had a lovely dinner. My husband really liked the yellowfin tuna which was an additional $8 but worth it for the portion size. The ambiance is lovely and romantic as it faces the ocean and our server was super nice. The MS price is $45 for dinner, well worth it and with one drink each and tip we spent around $180. The key-lime pie was delicious.“

“My husband and I have been wanting to try this Restaurant since it has opened and had the opportunity to dine last night. We opted for the Miami Spice menu. Not only was the food super authentic (I am Turkish), but delicious with good sized portions. We had cigar rolls, calamari, chicken, kofte, molten cake and baklava. The baklava was unreal I felt like I was in Turkey. The atmosphere is very pleasant and service impeccable. Thank you for a great time we will be back soon!!“
