Cafe Del Mar offers incredible service and great food. The service was amazing, with friendly servers like Cesare, Daniel, and Luis providing impeccable attention. Daniel’s was amazing, gave a full menu tour and was super friendly. Cesare was so friendly, and the bartender remade a drink when a customer didn’t like it. The server Luis was impeccable, joked with customers, gave a different bread dip to try, and made them feel at home. The food was great, including the best Branzino al Sale, Branzino in the salt crust, accompanied by a Sauvignon blanc. The calamari was delicious, the salmon with mashed potatoes was very flavorful, and the Caesar salad was enjoyed. The octopus appetizer was spot on, and the lobster ravioli was devine. Manny, the manager, was delightful and provided excellent service oversight.
