My first stop every time I’m in the area. Beautiful restaurant, amazing people, & the absolute most delicious food!
As soon as you enter this restaurant you feel welcomed by both the staff and owner. My daughter and I were taken care of immediately. It felt as if we were eating a meal at yia yia’s (grandma’s) house. The food was just as good and the meals we’ve eaten in Greece. If you are looking for authentic Greek cuisine, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant and will tell others and go back.
We were there Monday May 1st 2023. The food was amazing !! Best Salmon I have ever had. Our waitress Sandra was an absolute delight!!! She was very welcoming and knew the menu like the back of her hand. She answered all questions we had pertaining to the menu. Poseidon will be a regular for us whenever we are in south beach !! Thank you Sandra for a wonderful experience! ❤️

Based on the reviews, Poseidon Greek Seafood Restaurant is described as an amazing place with great location. The food is real Greek food of high quality. Specific meals mentioned include the "Award Winning Octopus," which was phenomenal and the best dish of a trip to Miami, as well as the Poseidon Seafood Pasta and lobster Mac & cheese, which were delicious. Other menu items like three dips with Pita, a salmon special, and Saganaki cheese were also delicious. The cocktails are good, and the staff is super polite, very accommodating, and amazing. The host was great, and the service was really comfortable. Prices are great for the Miami South Beach strip. Some reviews noted the fries were on the greasy side and the lamb gave a stomach ache, but overall, the food was the best ever, and guests plan to come back.
