Relaxing decor with white and blue. Our waitress was excellent. Food was brought at a leisurely pace to let us enjoy our food. The food was delicious. The hummus and cheese appetizers were filling and nice presentation
The chicken kabob and lamb pita were scrumptious. The mango dessert was a fitting topping to a fantastic meal. Boris the manager was very pleasant. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We are from Boston, and because our first time here two or three years ago was terrific, we knew the next time we would be in Miami we needed to return, and boy are we glad we did! Onur expertly guided us through the menu since we forgot the in's and out's from ourfirst time. For apps: labneh yogurt (sour and excellent), fattoosh salad (fresh, crispy, and delicious), and the pastirma (a pleasant surprise. We might even use the word decadent)....read full review
Very quiet after the summer months plus the weather really bucketed down with rain.
The food was exceptionally tasty! Lovely service and really helpful to be welcomed with young kids.
We had a real mix of the veg and meat dishes with that pillowy warm bread to begin.
We kept to the ‘smaller’ dishes and got 5 between the two of us including tabbouleh, the cauliflower dish and the mushroom one along with the lamb and the beef.

Zaytinya is a favorite place to eat in south beach. The hummus is amazing, babaganoush smoky, and halloumi delightful. The salmon durum was ordered twice and found both times. The ambiance is incredible and bar set pretty high Miami for good Mediterranean food. The dolmades are probably best in the city, next level and spectacular. Favorites also include kabob platter, Brussel sprouts, tzatziki, shrimp dish, and table puffy pita bread. The outdoor seating is warm and inviting, and relaxed atmosphere adds to the lovely environment. Service is amazing, attentive, and genuinely interested in making each experience perfect. Hospitality was spectacular, checked just right amount without intrusive. The restaurant is a great pick to celebrate birthday or special occasion. Highly recommend this place for those looking for a fantastic dining experience.
