We had a wonderful experience at Collins during our stay at Loews Miami Beach, thanks to Sherri.
He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed his service so much that we came back the next day for lunch. Even though he wasn’t our server that day, he remembered us, came over to say hello, and wished my sister-in-law a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us.

Great food, great service and a great place to watch the World Cup!!!! Rocio was exceptional… rarely do I see management at this level!!! I stayed at this hotel as well in one of their apartment suites and while there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Miami Beach, I found myself gravitating here every day. Cool place with some nice amenities and features with anything that you order

Bistro Collins is a restaurant that offers a great dining experience. The kitchen is timely and the service is incredible. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They have a good bar menu with some interesting choices. Prices are typical for Miami, but worth it. The restaurant has a cool vibe inside and a nice outdoor seating area. The menu offers a lot of options, including truffle fries, hamachi crudo, guava bbq ribs, crispy wings, and steak. They also have a variety of desserts, such as caramel crunch cake, crème brûlée, and stone fruit cake. The staff is happy to recommend food and drinks, and they strictly adhere to dietary restrictions. Bistro Collins is a great place to treat yourself and enjoy a perfect dinner experience in a beautiful atmosphere. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is courteous and attentive, making it an excellent hang out spot.
