“I have been a customer of Fritanga Monimbo Palmetto Bay for many years. IMHO, the food is better than Los Ranchos and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. They have a great variety of food options including chicken, pork and beef with seasonal options that include soups and Baho. I also place catering orders through them and have fed as many as 40 family members with the use of their services. The staff is friendly especially Emma Reyes who always support her customers with a smile. I always look forward to eating at or picking up food at Fritanga Monimbo.“

Even though we placed a pretty big order, we didn't have to wait long at all. “For Colombian burgers we usually go to Kendall but it was so late & found this spot 5 min from my house. We ordered the burgers and they were so good! They had pineapple (optional got 1 with & 1 with out) pink sauce, ruffles, lettuce, tomato the burger was pretty big. It is a food truck & they have tables outside and the service was good too they were really nice and made you feel like you were in your home kitchen having a conversation with your mom or aunts while they cooked. Will get pics next time we ate them too quick lol“
