The waiters are friendly and attentive, while the food is exquisite. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the popular fried pork with Moro rice, sweet plantain, and boil yucca, as well as the El Trio with perfectly cooked pork, chicken, and steak, topped with sautéed onions. Fried chicken Chicharron is also available, made from chicken breast. The strawberry mojito is quite delicious. Overall, the restaurant provides a delightful dining experience, with a focus on flavorful cuisine and excellent service. Many guests return regularly, praising the delicious food and great care from staff like Marcos and Ines. While most service is helpful and kind, some feedback notes occasional inconsistencies at the front.
