Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar. The Asaba Aioli was a nice combo of sweet and spicy, and the freshly brewed fruit teas are truly a treat with a sample-tasting bar set up at the counter. We will be back. #highlyrecommend.“
