Melissa our bartender helped to make our families experience memorable. Service rum drinks and appetizers were as expected exceptional. Mahalo
Firstly huge shout out to Ingrid she was so helpful and kind while placing this reservation. I had such a hard time doing the reservation online and calling in is very difficult but Ingrid did her thing for sure. The show was amazing and our server Sean was a delight. Our first time here and it was a great experience.
An historic landmark with the best tropical drinks anywhere, we went last Tuesday with friends and were amazed by the decor, including the new outdoor lounge. Extremely friendly staff, on top of everything. Food as delicious, they only had the bar menu as it was a preview night but looking forward to the next time. Nothing else like it in Florida!

Mai-Kai Restaurant and Polynesian Show is a legendary establishment that has been a favorite for many years. The restaurant offers exceptional food, authentic shows, and top-notch service. The Tiki Bar has a great atmosphere, and the gardens make you feel like you're in Hawaii. The pupu platters are sumptuous, especially the Tahitian Lobster. Many customers have fond memories of dining at Mai-Kai, with some even calling it their favorite restaurant in the world. The show is always solid entertainment and interesting, adding to the overall experience. Despite a temporary closure, fans eagerly await its reopening to once again experience the magic that has made Mai-Kai a beloved institution since 1956. Recently, some diners noted that the food was better than in previous visits, and the drinks were tasty and strong. However, others mentioned that the menu choices are more limited than before, and the atmosphere can be quite loud and crowded. Yet, the show remains outstanding, and attentive servers enhance the dining experience by offering great recommendations and even taking guests to the gardens for photos.
