This location is ok, but staff seem to busy to deal with customers and we came in and got in line only to wait ten minutes to find out they had absolutely no chicken but it was not posted anywhere and it was frustrating to find out this after waiting

The cashier who attended to me sent my order before asking whether I needed anything else. I was still making up my mind, and when I wanted to change my order, he had already submitted it. This resulted in me waiting for more than 10 minutes, while the gentleman next to me was also becoming increasingly impatient.
