“The guy who runs the place where I’m staying in Fort Lauderdale very highly recommended this restaurant. I thought to myself, I’ve been to Peru and one guinea pig was enough.
Anyway, my host was absolutely right this place knocks it out of the park. I’ll start with the service. Very attentive very prompt, well natured. Nothing more needed there.
The decor leaves something to be desired. The black 2 x 4 ceiling tiles and grid have long since expired. Paint colors included light gray, a smidge darker than light gray, and dark gray. The two gray beams that trisect the main dining room could be finished in something like a bronze metallic and it would define the space and add some much needed energy.
I had a pistachio mocha martini which was a special feature. It was very delicious… kind of like drinking a Dubai chocolate bar. Such fun.
My entree was wok-stir fried beef tenderloins, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, soy sauce, served with spaghetti in a creamy yellow sauce. Though serving was generous, I couldn’t get enough of it, the tender meat in soy sauce contrasting with the creamy pasta was very tasty. I don’t know what the dish was called. I pointed to it on the menu and the waiter kindly pronounced it for me. Anyway, absolutely fantastic dish. I’m so glad I tried this place and I will certainly return when I revisit the area.“

Spicy but not too spicy, just perfect. 10/10 I’m not a big coffee drinker so I got a pinapple smoothie and it was just right, perfect level of sweetness 10/10 The shop was very nice clean, and calm. Perfect for a casual coffee date. 10/10 The service was great! The lady at the front was very amicable and welcoming. 10/10 I highly recommend it, and will be coming back soon.“

“I’m so impressed by this place. It has been a huge help to my husband and I as he is newly from Peru and has had trouble finding good quality Peruvian food at an affordable price. It truly reminds him of home, thank you ASU Pollo! Please keep the quality the way it is, it is fantastic! Our favorite dishes are the Milanesa, arroz chaufa (really great Peruvian fried rice), sopa de pollo, grilled chicken, their white rice is perfect. Fries crispy after delivery. We really enjoyed the Latin tasting, and the amount of food is more than enough for one person; thus often we can take some to home.

“I have been going to la granja for years..why? Because the food is always good. Consistency. The chicken is always hot, fresh, and juicy. I love all the sauces and the topping bar. Lastly there is a lunch special that is just the right amount of food for most people. I recommend that. it’s rice beans and 1/4 chicken. for like $7,$8. Can’t beat that.“

“We loved this spot! We ordered the clásico ceviche, calamari, and Sakana roll. Everything is tapas style. We split those 3 and the both of us still left full. You can just taste the quality! We decided to go big and order the Sakana roll. It comes with fried lobster in too. It was absolutely delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. They do offer happy hour at the bar only so we will be returning for that. All in all, a great experience.“
