Authentic Peruvian food, we had the ceviche and churrasco a lo pobre and both dishes were amazing! I can’t eat raw food and they customized my ceviche with cooked shrimp, tasted just as good as the original classic ceviche. Yuca a la huancaina is delicious as well.

This time we got the sampler and tried a few sushi rolls too, and I was honestly blown away. The sushi was just as good as the ceviche which says a lot because the ceviche here is already next level.

Everything we had was incredible. Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and you can tell they really care about quality.

And the service… Stefano made us feel like a high-end restaurant. So attentive, so polished, just an overall amazing experience.

“Went to eat out after a job interview and as soon as I saw it was Peruvian cuisine, I was very excited to try the food out. I had a cafe con leche and a chaufa Cabaña 28 and steak, it was marvelous to say the least. Flavors were spectacular and the food was cooked perfectly, can’t recommend this place enough..“

I stopped in and tried the beef empanada, and it was absolutely amazing. The first thing that stood out was the dough—it had a great texture, perfectly cooked with a nice bite on the outside while still being soft and flavorful. You can tell the dough itself isn’t an afterthought; it actually adds to the overall experience.

The beef filling was flavorful and paired perfectly with the crust. A good empanada sounds simple, but when the dough, seasoning, texture, and filling all come together, it makes a difference.

Manny’s definitely nailed this one. Next time I’m going back to explore more of the menu, but that beef empanada will absolutely be part of the order again.

“I’m so impressed by this place. It has been a huge help to my husband and I as he is newly from Peru and has had trouble finding good quality Peruvian food at an affordable price. It truly reminds him of home, thank you ASU Pollo! Please keep the quality the way it is, it is fantastic! Our favorite dishes are the Milanesa, arroz chaufa (really great Peruvian fried rice), sopa de pollo, grilled chicken, their white rice is perfect. Fries crispy after delivery. Sooo grateful to this place! We humbly request you start making Peruvian style Pie de Limón (lemon meringue pie)! 😂🤤❤️🤍❤️“

“I love this store. Food is exceptional. Service is always wonderful. These people truly work together as a team. Manager is always on point leading the staff and everybody does their part like a well oiled machine. The cooks are communicative to each other so food quality is always excellent. Desserts are the only thing that needs improvement. They have a rewards program and prices are good, portions are perfect. Makes me sad to see all the Uber Eats deals for this place because it is just as cheap and sometimes cheaper if you pick it up to order from the store and you get the rewards. The store loses money with Uber Eats orders. They dont need Uber Eats. They can run that deal in-house. Uber Eats is a money grabbing business ruiner. Greedy bastards. This store deserves better. “My husband, my youngest son and I used to have lunch or dinner here. The stuff is friendly, respectful and helpful. You do not have to expend lot of time waiting.
We really enjoyed the Latin tasting, and the amount of food is more than enough for one person; thus often we can take some to home.

“Sometimes the best meals don’t come from the fanciest dining rooms—they come from places that simply know how to cook food with flavor. That’s exactly why La Granja continues to earn a loyal following throughout South Florida.

On this visit, I ordered the half chicken with rice, black beans, and sweet plantains. From the first bite, it was obvious why people keep coming back. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor throughout. Every piece had that slow-marinated taste that many chicken chains try to achieve but rarely deliver.

The black beans were a standout. Rich, savory, and full of flavor, they tasted like they had been simmering for hours rather than scooped from a steam table. Paired with the rice, they created the kind of comfort-food combination that feels homemade.

The sweet plantains brought the perfect balance of sweetness to the plate, soft and caramelized with just the right amount of color.

What truly separates La Granja from the competition is the onion bar. The selection of spicy onions, garlic onions, and fresh pico-style onions allows customers to customize every bite. Those toppings add acidity, texture, freshness, and heat that elevate the entire meal. As a chef, I appreciate details like that because they’re the difference between a good meal and a memorable one.

And yes, I’m going to say it: La Granja is better than Pollo Tropical. The chicken is more flavorful, the black beans have more depth, and the condiment bar creates a more complete dining experience. While Pollo Tropical helped popularize Caribbean-style grilled chicken in South Florida, La Granja delivers a bolder flavor profile that keeps me coming back.

I especially like the steak it’s flavorful, cooked well, and always hits the spot. The chicken is great too, and everything has that comforting, home cooked food feel.

The portions are good, the flavors are great, and you know you’re going to get a solid meal every time. It’s one of those places that reminds you of a good home cooked meal without having to cook it yourself. Definitely recommend! Oh and they have an amazing Sauce selection!

“Nice place for a quick home style meal. I like grabbing a quick lunch here. The price is reasonable, the food is decent and tasty. The sauces are delicious, I always have them when I order the chicken rice and beans. The surroundings are clean and the staff is friendly.“

Our absolute favorite hack is grabbing their juicy Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken or the tender Lomo Saltado and loading it up with their incredible, fresh marinated onion toppings from the sauce station. The sharp, savory crunch of those seasoned onions pairs absolutely perfectly with the yellow rice and black beans. Because we visit so frequently, we can confidently say the quality is always consistent, the portions are massive, and the counter staff gets you through the line in record time. It is easily the best value for fresh, authentic food right off Glades Road.“

We had dinner at La Brasa Grill in Coral Springs this past Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, but what really made our evening stand out was the service we received from Vivi.

She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our lunch. She made us feel genuinely welcome and took great care of us from the moment we sat down until we finished our meal. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Vivi definitely made ours memorable.

It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about making sure her customers have a great experience. Vivi is an excellent representative of La Brasa Grill and absolutely deserves recognition for the quality of her service.
