“La Granja on Sample road and andrews is great, staff is friendly and only speaks spanish so be patient with them . I speak fluent spanish and english and the cashier couldnt understand me at all and had to get manager to answer a simple question about the chicken I wanted to order , they both struggled with my simple question of the chicken sandwhich i was ordering. Seems like they are hiring completely illiterate people because i was speaking to them in spanish and neither person understood a very simple question about their food. Dont know why they hire illiterate people to do a job that requires understanding basic language skills in any language and interactions with customers. I am an immigrant and had to learn english and spanish from my home country.and im proud to say im not illiterate“

“The food was on point. I really enjoyed the surf and turf wok dish (saltado wok Mar y Tierra). My table also enjoyed the Parihuela and ceviche carretillero. As a Peruvian I can vouch that the flavors are legit. My only knock was on the service. It felt a bit rushed and as though they wanted to kick us out often pulling the plates beforehand. It also felt like they were counting the number of utensils as if they had gone lost before (may not be the case but just felt that way). Overall, great experience but would take a look on the service a bit. Thanks“

“The guy who runs the place where I’m staying in Fort Lauderdale very highly recommended this restaurant. I thought to myself, I’ve been to Peru and one guinea pig was enough.
Anyway, my host was absolutely right this place knocks it out of the park. I’ll start with the service. Very attentive very prompt, well natured. Nothing more needed there.
The decor leaves something to be desired. The black 2 x 4 ceiling tiles and grid have long since expired. Paint colors included light gray, a smidge darker than light gray, and dark gray. The two gray beams that trisect the main dining room could be finished in something like a bronze metallic and it would define the space and add some much needed energy.
I had a pistachio mocha martini which was a special feature. It was very delicious… kind of like drinking a Dubai chocolate bar. Such fun.
My entree was wok-stir fried beef tenderloins, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, soy sauce, served with spaghetti in a creamy yellow sauce. Though serving was generous, I couldn’t get enough of it, the tender meat in soy sauce contrasting with the creamy pasta was very tasty. I don’t know what the dish was called. I pointed to it on the menu and the waiter kindly pronounced it for me. Anyway, absolutely fantastic dish. I’m so glad I tried this place and I will certainly return when I revisit the area.“

Cabaña 28 in Fort Lauderdale is hands down the BEST Peruvian restaurant in the entire Miami area! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm service and an inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an unforgettable meal.

Let’s talk about the food — absolutely outstanding! The pollo a la brasa is perfectly seasoned and juicy, a true Peruvian classic done right. The arroz chaufa is flavorful and full of that delicious wok-fired taste, and the lomo saltado is simply next level — tender, savory, and full of authentic flavor.

And the ceviche? Fresh, zesty, and perfectly balanced — a must-try!

The entire menu reflects the richness of Peruvian cuisine, and every dish is prepared with care and quality ingredients. The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

“This empanadas are delicious, big, filled to the max, packing tons of flavor at a great price! Must try. The powder sugar was a great addition. And the sauces were delicious. Spicy but not too spicy, just perfect. 10/10 I’m not a big coffee drinker so I got a pinapple smoothie and it was just right, perfect level of sweetness 10/10 The shop was very nice clean, and calm. “I’m so impressed by this place. It has been a huge help to my husband and I as he is newly from Peru and has had trouble finding good quality Peruvian food at an affordable price. It truly reminds him of home, thank you ASU Pollo! Please keep the quality the way it is, it is fantastic! Our favorite dishes are the Milanesa, arroz chaufa (really great Peruvian fried rice), sopa de pollo, grilled chicken, their white rice is perfect. Fries crispy after delivery. “My husband, my youngest son and I used to have lunch or dinner here. The stuff is friendly, respectful and helpful. You do not have to expend lot of time waiting.
We really enjoyed the Latin tasting, and the amount of food is more than enough for one person; thus often we can take some to home.

“We loved this spot! We ordered the clásico ceviche, calamari, and Sakana roll. Everything is tapas style. We split those 3 and the both of us still left full. You can just taste the quality! We decided to go big and order the Sakana roll. It comes with fried lobster in too. It was absolutely delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. They do offer happy hour at the bar only so we will be returning for that. All in all, a great experience.“

We ordered the risotto a la huancaína with lomo saltado and the entraña, and both dishes were absolutely delicious also absolutely amazing drinks! Passion spritz was redesign and perfect! “This franchise is excellent. Its grilled/rotisserie type chicken, pork, beef and seafood. I usually get their half chicken with rice and beans. Certain locations you can get the yellow rice. Some locations there is a drive thru (which is amazing!!!). It's like a much better version of Pollo Tropical but probably costs the same. Excellent choice for traveling families that want something delicious but healthy. Very casual dining. Also a go-to restaurant for millennials who want great food without getting ripped off. Really perfectly cooked and seasoned chicken.. dependably. You're lucky if you live near a La Granga restaurant. I do.“
