The risotto is cheesy and perfectly cooked. The staff, especially Eddie, is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The vegetarian chaufa, chicken lomo, skirt steak, and fish with veggies are all delicious options. The fresh ceviche and chuafa with shrimp, beef, and chicken are highly recommended. Sit outside by the palm trees for a delightful experience close to the beach.
