“Went at a time, around 1PM on a Saturday. The line was not long so was served quickly. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I placed my order until it was delivered to me. “I went to this restaurant based on the reviews. The first impression was that the meat lace was clean. The people were friendly. I wasn’t sure about some of the options and the offered a free taste. I went last minute after coming from a wake and wanted to feed a good amount of people. The food was excellent. Everyone wanted to know where the food came from. Finger licking good.“

“I have been to this restaurant twice and had the jerk chicken with rice and peas (and oxtail gravy). Both times were excellent! The food is cooked fresh and is flavorful and delicious. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel at home. The atmosphere is nice and comfy. Just people sitting, conversing, and enjoying good food. I will definitely come back again and try something different on the menu. That jerk chicken is hard to resist, though!“

I stopped in wanting something hearty and quick, and even though the line was surprisingly long for such a small place, the wait was absolutely worth it. The energy inside was incredible!
The woman serving everyone was truly a standout — handling a nonstop line with the biggest smile, so positive, so polite, and making every single person feel welcome. People like that make you want to come back, and trust me…I will! I’m definitely getting her name next time.
