“Today I stopped by the Plantation location, ordered two meals to go and was very disappointed when I returned back to my office. The first one was customized (Autumn salad) and although everything was told to the young man at the beginning, he omitted half of everything that was needed to make a salad. Now the 2nd order was a market plate (honey adobo), not sure why he added black lentils, no lime and tajin and a piece of chicken so small, you would have thought it was a kid's meal. So, if NO was an answer if I would return.“

The coffee is excellent, and the pastries are fresh and delicious, making it a great place to stop even if you’re not shopping. On top of that, the service is friendly and welcoming. “by far the BEST acai in all of south florida- and the best oakberry location as well. you have not had real acai unless you have visited this oakberry location. im a regular at this location whether it is visiting in person or through doordash. what stands out about this location is the employees as well. everytime i come they remember my name and are extremely friendly. other locations in the south florida area dont have this level of service compared to the lovely ladies at the fort lauderdale location 🩷 the acai is always the most cold and fresh acai ive ever had- the fruit just as fresh. though it may be slightly more expensive then other acai shops- its beyond worth it; and youll never want to eat any other shops acai after this. i've referred hundreds of people to this acai location and it truly is life changing. every single one of my coworkers raves about it!! i 100% reccomend oakberry acai fort lauderdale - your life will be changed.“

“We regularly use Playa Bowls for fundraisers at our school, and they are ALWAYS reliable, timely, communicative, and efficient. But today? Today they went above and beyond for our student body.

In the middle of a South Florida storm, their team had to pivot several times, adjust locations, work through the rain and humidity in an alcove, and somehow still seamlessly serve what had to be over a hundred bowls in about an hour....all with a smile on their faces.

Not once did the chaos affect their service. They were flexible, positive, professional, and just rolled with every curveball the weather threw at us.
