This is inside a CrossFit. Was kind of skeptical to order but I go by the reviews and it did not disappoint.“

“Big portions. Tasty food. Mac & Cheese doesn't go that well with the tangy sauce, and the cheese part isn't that good either but that's just personal opinion. The portions are big enough to satisfy a hungry teen. Only real noise was some guy editing music. Quick service. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.“

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) We live 45 minutes away but can’t wait to go back and tried the many other flavors the offer. Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend you to try it all!!“

With the strawberry truffle waffle and my server Linisea had the best energy and vibes;.she was very welcoming; the minute I walked in I felt a nice peace✌️in this very relaxing atmosphere 😌 This was like Starbucks without the drama. The strawberry waffles were to die; this business is off the chart; come out and try the sweet aloe flavored with mango🥭 mandarin, grape🍇 and cranberry. “All of the various salad combinations on the board that I have tried have been excellent. The ingredients are always fresh. The environment is welcoming and clean. The Cava next door always has a long line, whereas Just Salads typically has just a couple people in line. I've come to find it to actually be a better option. Basically the same thing, without the long wait! They also offer smoothies and have a machine that seals the top rather than opting for lids. Very cool invention.“

“Today was my first time trying an açaí bowl and it’s safe to say i will definitely be back. As soon as I walked in the young man with curly greeted me with a smile on his face and provided excellent customer service and thoroughly answered all my questions about the menu and even helped me create my own açaí bowl. This young man was in all seriousness was so polite and very respectful he was definitely raised right. I went to the bathroom after I placed my order and after not even 2 minutes he brought my bowl out and the quality and presentation of the bowl was excellent. Whoever the manager is that runs this store has a great time and I will definitely be back to bring more business 👍.“

“I tried the açaí bowl at the Playa Bowls in the Publix plaza in Plantation and it was really good. The açaí base was smooth, refreshing, and not too sweet. The fruit toppings tasted fresh and the granola added a nice crunch that balanced everything well.

The location itself is clean and has a nice, relaxed vibe. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made the experience even better. It’s a great spot if you want something quick, healthy, and filling. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.“
