The gentleman that greeted me to take my order was extremely polite and very connected with the customers. Customer service is hard to find nowadays so my experience was very pleasant.
So I try to follow my usual routine on my early morning departures... an iced decaf mocha...been ordering it at the airport for years (including last week)...
Informed in a very curt manner that this Starbucks doesn't serve decaf because they don't sell enough.... wow. Didn't know Starbucks was that hard up for cash.... at 5 bucks a shot they shouldn't be....

I just finished buying a PSL at the upper level concourse B. The staff is unprofessional and rude, not what I would expect at a Starbucks. When I'm paying over 5 dollars for a drink, I'd expect better service and standards from staff. They forgot to make my drink when there was only one person ahead of me. After waiting they asked if I was waiting for something... yep, the drink I just ordered 5 seconds ago. They were too busy gossiping and laughing about other people to be concerned...read full review
