The only complaint here is that they are WAY understaffed. This is an unfairness to the one girl that just tried to help me, and a disservice to your customers.

I want to gladly so thank you to Odie for helping with my problem this location is my favorite location. His morning crew are amazing and great customer service also he’s the first manager I ever saw at Dunkin’ Donuts to be on the floor helping his team Big shout out to Odie😊

Dunkin' is a place where orders might be hit or miss, especially with coffee. Walk-in orders can take longer, but hot food is quick to serve. Mobile orders seem to have priority, and the team, led by Haley and Ousmila, works hard to keep things running smoothly. The parking lot offers ample space, including spots for wheelchairs. The store is attached to a gas station and can sometimes appear a bit dirty. During busy mornings, it gets very crowded, but ordering in advance and picking up inside helps to avoid long lines. Overall, the drinks are consistently good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is casual and comfortable, making it a decent spot to relax for a quick bite or coffee. However, some food orders may not always be accurate, which has led some customers to stop ordering food here.
