When walking into Honeybelle I was astonished at the beautiful atmosphere and the details throughout! Dinner was a profound culinary revelation. I can say without a shred of exaggeration that this was the best food I have ever experienced! Every single plate that left the kitchen felt less like a standard dinner course and more like a personal statement of flavors that were unmatched to other places I've dined.
The true heartbeat of this restaurant is Chef Evan. His passion for cooking radiates through the dining room and lives directly in the flavors he coaxes out of every ingredient. The textures, the flawless execution, and the balance of flavors were mindblowing! It is incredibly rare to find a meal where every single bite stops you in your tracks.

“My first experience dining here, read the reviews and they sounded good so decided to book a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant had to park four blocks away parking is atrocious. The hostess was busy talking on her phone, never a good sign. Sat down finally, decided on an appetizer and some entrees the waiter came back and said they were out of the appetizer, started off bad. Very limited fish dishes, ordered a steak dish and a fish dish,nothing spectacular and it was tough we did not say anything to the waiter the whole situation from beginning to end a total disappointment, couldn't wait to leave, actually felt nauseated after leaving after eating my fish with risotto, it was so greasy. Very loud place hard to have a conversation.I don't know what the hype is about this place because the prices do not match the food quality or the presentation. Would not recommend nor would I go back ever. The whole vibe was uninspiring and the atmosphere was just not a good experience or fun. I guess if you're a drinker this place might be fun but if you're not it makes waiting for your entree for 45 minutes more excruciating, was not impressed about anything about this place and I wanted to be. Note to manager find a Hostess that seems like she's interested in seating people and not talking on the phone. I could honestly say I had better food at the gas station on the way into town, the homemade empanadas there were amazing. All I can say to people is beware of reviews you'll get burned I know I have on several occasions. I've run into people who absolutely love this place while I've been in town, wish I could say the same. maybe I was there on an off night but waiting 45 minutes for an entree when three of their tables were seated and served before I was seemed a little strange. the wait staff seem tired and uninspired.“
