“Never got to try the Lake Worth location but very glad to see they relocated to Pompano. Food & service were top-notch! They have several fun specialty cocktails, or you can just stick to basics. Some of the best hummus I ever had. "The Mayor" half pound Angus burger was a pretty great size, very juicy & flavorful (devoured before me thinking to snap a pic). Sadly, I didnt get to try their tots due to their oven not working since recent power outtage issues, but will surely be back! Also, Drag Bingo was a blast and the decor is beautiful!“
“Absolutely loved this place. It was our first time checking this place out, party of 6. The food, drinks, service, ambiance... everything was perfect. The manager was so sweet and helpful when we asked to move our reservation from inside to outside on a Saturday night. She had our table outside ready within 20 minutes. Highly recommend the deviled eggs, boudin balls, short ribs & grits, and the PBLT. Cant wait to go back!!“
“We decided to try this restaurant because the menu looked really good. When we got there it was a special limited menu - Moroccan Night. I was not sure my husband could find something to eat. We ordered the Branzino and grilled shrimp and Lamb chops. It was extremely delicious and flavorful. We sat outside on the inter-coastal. It was a great way to end our stay in Florida.“
“We were just passing through the area and decided to go to this place based on reviews and it was everything and more of we expected. The bartender Heather was very nice and super cool to talk to! This really has a family type atmosphere even though we aren’t part of the biker community we were treated very well! My wife and I fell in love with this place just the few hours we were there!! Fairly priced drinks and the “security guard” Minnie (the Rottweiler) was very friendly! I definitely recommend coming to this place weather you’re a local or just looking for a good place to have a few beer, this is definitely the spot!- thank you for everything Heather you are awesome!!“
“One of the best local places to see live music. Mainly cover bands that are all top notch. Jeff the sound guy is one of the best in south florida. Older crowd, No smoking which is great. Fresh popcorn to snack on that is popped in one of their big awesome machines. Great place.“
“Of all of the Thai/Japanese restaurants o have eaten ate, Talay Thai always is my favorite by far. The new location is beautiful and with lots of ambience. I often pick up an order to eat at home and am never disappointed. I ordered a roll for the first time and was impressed with it. Hard to describe exactly what the difference is. The ingredients were crispy and the flavors weren't muddled. The rice wasn't soggy and I could taste all the layers of the ingredients and it tasted like it was prepared just before I ordered. Often times the food looks pretty but doesn't live up to taste. They do it right in sight and taste.Vegetarian options: Many dishes can be made with no meat and coconut milk is vegan friendly.Dietary restrictions: So many options to pick from. Would be easy to find friendly food for some with dietary restrictions.Parking: Corner or Publix garage right off Atlantic east of federal. Parking on the street available within a few feet of the door depending on time of day.“
“What a great way to spend NYE! We had a fire pit which was nice because it was a bit chilly. Selena was our server and was on top of everything all night! We would definitely recommend her. Melissa was also incredibly helpful. The food was ok but it was a busy night so quite understandable.The only thing that would have made the night better would have been fireworks off the beach. “I love walking to my favorite ? place! I moved next door several months ago. . .i was already familiar with the restaurant from staying at the Marriott several times over the years.. .one of the most interesting exciting things about moving into our new condo was being next door to my favorite breakfast buffet! The first time we went over, the day after we moved in. . .we were greeted by GEORGIE(!) the super friendly and fabulous manager who gave us a “10%OFF ALL” card. We would frequent the restaurant but this makes it all the more special! We see Jim the other super manager & Kareem for bar & carryout. I eat here or carry out at least once a week! My favs are: breakfast buffets, Pompano Burger, fried Calamari is awesome & frozen Strawberry Dacquari with patron silver tequila. So, from sunrise to sunset you can’t beat the view, service & food!“
“We found this place a couple months ago and completely loved it. This is a great venue, the decoration inside is stunning, totally unexpected from the outside. We celebrated my wife’s birthday on Saturday night, A group of family and close friends, we were about 18 people. The food was delicious, the atmosphere fantastic, we were able to enjoy a live show too. Miriam, our server, was fantastic. She was able to manage the entire table without any delays in the food or drinks. Everybody had a great time and really enjoyed the event. Thank you guys for such a memorable time. Will definitely celebrate many more birthdays and other occasions there.“
