“As a lifelong customer of the Melting Pot in its varied locations, it’s been a fun and enjoyable experience for me whether I’m on a romantic dinner date with my husband, celebrating my dad’s birthday, or just randomly wanting to turn a bad day into a better one and bring my kids in for cheese and chocolate. Laura there at the Palm Beach Garden’s Melting Pot did an excellent job being a great server and recommended a few new arrivals to the menu to try, made us feel welcome and had a few laughs along the way.“

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience when we visited the restaurant in Alton. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. “This was my first time eating at Olive U. My doctor recently told me to eat Medeterian foods only because of a fatty liver. I can't believe how delicious the food is. No salt but flavored so tasty. There is only one problem. it's almost an hour from where I live. As long as the gas stations have Petro, I'll be here. The staff is soooo incredibly nice. I'll be back, God willing.“

“We ordered the following for lunch:
Calamari- so good! Probably the best I've had. T
It was tender, flavorful, light and crispy with a delicious marinara for dipping. Highly recommend!

Filet kabobs- cooked to medium, very tender. The sauce was very good.

Steak and fries- large portion of steak, cooked to medium rare, very tender and juicy. Came with shoestring fries.

new York strip- cooked to medium rare, also perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. Came with macaroni and cheese.

Cypress salad - great salad with friend chicken. I ordered both ranch and white wine vinaigrette on the side and dipped each bite. Very filling!

Macaroni n cheese- i think the secret ingredient is cream cheese (I'm guessing). Its very rich and cheesy and has a bit of tang to it, hence my cream cheese guess.

Key lime pie- AMAZING! The crust and the filling are both divine!

Carrot cake- oh my! Also AMAZING!

If you're stuffed after dinner, definitely order desserts to go.

“Food is good. Last visit quesadillas came out wrong and all they did was scrape out onions and peppers, so it came back a mess. I think Sundays they need more help. I've been there other days of the week with no problems.“

“The covered outdoor seating was great to watch a fierce lightning storm and enjoy food and drinks. The truffle fries are a drug, delicious! Their mocktails cost the same amount as the alcoholic version which was shameful. The way they did their brussel sprouts was unique and delicious.“

“My favorite place since I tried 2 months ago, I’ll go for lunch almost everyday, mostly Boca and Wellington. Im fasting so it’s the most tasty nutritious food I’ve got. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness even in bathrooms is top. I always get the small bowl and always ask for a bonus 1/2 spoon of beans and they always give it with a big smile, not this time. Today I tried the Alton one, I had high expectations. First impression was that it was weird starting the line backwards from the right. The operator was friendly but not when I asked for a tin of beans, 1/4 spoon the most… She said no and she wanted to sell me a cup as an extra. I declined, was rude, then I see the line dirty, stuff looked cold. The other operator was afraid to serve too much shrimp and the feta he spread it crumble by crumble, I was amazed of his skills. Those 2 company money savers fighting for the employee of the month. One thing I like at Bolay is to grab my metal good solid forks, this time I couldn’t, not available. The food was tasty as usual but the temperatures were inconsistent, the colds not too cool and the hots warms. Then after sitting the trash overflowing and dirty bowls piling up were a view that you can’t stop looking at it, under my table on the floor smashed veggies. When I’m leaving I’m looking at the other stations and look the same. I avoided use the bathrooms at that point to wash hands as usual. It wasn’t a staff shortage issue, plenty of labor, customer line clear. These guys went through the pick of rush in lunch time with not interval cleanings. So disappointing see that awesome concept lowing the bar so bad. At the end is all management. Not going back there, I mean, that one in Alton but people, you definitely gotta try it somewhere else and get hook by them. Wellington and Boca In Military staff is the best. Hope Alton improve.“

“UPDATE: Jay the manager and I spoke. He was sincerely apologetic and promised to make good on our bad experience. As I told him, it was the first time I had a negative experience with Ebisu. I look forward to seeing them in their new space (same plaza) and following their lead for my next order. The new space will be an upgrade for the entire experience. Thank you Jay!

Had a takeout order consisting of the sushi special (tuna), Dragon Roll and Pork Buns. The Dragon Roll wasn’t bad but was meh.. The Pork Buns were 90% bread, nothing like a typical bao. Yuck. What was most disappointing was the sushi special. It looked beyond unappealing with a gray looking tuna topper and the taste was just bland and not appetizing. I went back the next day to let the them know how disappointed I was. (I paid $70 for this order). The manager was not present but I was promised a call back.“

Party of 3, made a reservation, came in and was going to be seated in the middle Of the restaurant at a noisy table. I explained my husband has hearing loss and could we sit at one of the 3 empty booths behind us. Hostess said we’d have to wait an hour. We left and enjoyed a lovely dinner in Tap 42.“

“Super delicious bowl! Friendly staff! Came in and ordered exactly what we wanted and the price for the bowls were $10 bucks each. They gave us waters and our pup Sarah some water since it was so hot out. The activated charcoal lemonade was delicious. I ordered the VOT and added peanut butter and my husband ordered the local and added peanut butter. We will be coming back! Thank you!“

“Great as always! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for apps delicious snd light! Love the whole grain bread as well! Got Mai tai's (definitely felt the liquor hit)! The lunch plates we got (chose the dinner size portions) : The grilled salmon, cajun salmon , and chicken avocado salad. I also get there cookie dough cheesecake sooo yummy! 10 out of 10 always! Service always excellent.“

“Service friendly but haphazard. Two of the 4 of us were charged more than the menu stated for our lunches. I was charged $7.75 for a cup of mushroom soup when the menu states $6.25. When questioned, the waitress said the menu states prices can be increased at any time, and they hadn’t updated the menu yet. Food was good but not worth $24.77 for a cup of soup, slice of quiche and an iced tea, excluding tip.“
