La Masseria PBG offers a mixed dining experience. The food is delicious and consistently wonderful, showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, with amazing meals. Some waiters provide excellent attention and professional service, and the staff is attentive. The restaurant features elegant decor, though it can be a bit noisy at times. Recommendations such as the Tartuffo dessert and special mozzarella appetizer are outstanding, with the stuffed mozzarella being fresh, colorful, and delicious. The menu also includes popular dishes like CAVATELLI FANTASIA VEGETARIANA, made with fresh cavatelli pasta, zucchini, red peppers, mushrooms, and onions tossed with olive oil and sundried tomato pesto, topped with crunchy garlic breadcrumbs, and FETTUCCINE ALLA BOLOGNESE, with homemade fresh fettuccine and all beef meat sauce. Cocktails, including the espresso martini, are a highlight. The bar service is efficient, friendly, and attentive, and guests seated around the bar also enjoy the food and service. For dessert, ricotta cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake are highly recommended. The dinner costs $28, with an additional $12 for entrees that include fish or veal. Although the food is excellent, service can sometimes fall short, as experienced during a recent visit where waitstaff forgot orders and neglected to add a candle to a dessert for a special celebration, needing reminders. Despite this, the overall dining experience remains positive, and many look forward to returning, hoping for improved service in the future.
