I had an issue with my takeout order a few weeks ago and brought it to the attention of the General Manager, Courtney. She was very accommodating and without hesitation provided me with a replacement of the item that I wasn’t satisfied with. Thank you Courtney for providing me with such wonderful customer service! Keep up the great work!!
I hope this gets up to corporate. I come to Panera before my shift for a double shot of espresso and over time I got to know almost the entire staff. They always say “Hey Tom!!!” and I’m greeted by high fives, hugs and handshakes, and “You’re one of our favorite people”. They always go out of their way to do what it takes to make it a great experience for the guest. They represent this establishment well, exceeding all expectations.
