Dont bother paying extra for guacamole, it’s stringy and consistency is weird. Also, they changed their recipe for the black beans and now they're super spicy.... I went there when they first opened. The staff never made eye contact or bothered to take my order. They just kept walking by. The worst customer service. I went over to Pei Wei instead where the staff is always on point.

Don't waste your time. Drive to Northlake or Donald Ross. These people NEVER are prepared. Tonight they were out of lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, & steak. I asked for double meat (since I apparently was only going to be eating meat) & she gave me 1 extra piece of chicken.Last time they couldn't give me my change bc the manager didnt prepare the drawer... I will never go to this location again.
