I asked for double meat (since I apparently was only going to be eating meat) & she gave me 1 extra piece of chicken.Last time they couldn't give me my change bc the manager didnt prepare the drawer... I will never go to this location again.

Dont bother paying extra for guacamole, it’s stringy and consistency is weird. Also, they changed their recipe for the black beans and now they're super spicy.... I like spicy, but they are too spicy now.... The atmosphere is consistently disgusting. The workers are always goofing around and not attending to the drink station or tables as shown in these photos. Every single table is dirty, trashcan is overflowing with garbage on the floor, there is no ice in the machine, and they have no more forks. straw wrappers are all over the place. I understand some people can be filthy,, But it is up to staff to keep your restaurant clean.

Did not inform me the lack of ice in their soda machine, (which also lead to my soda being flat, but still charged me 2.80❤️) store was dirty, and the staff just stared at me blankly.

The entire place was empty when I walked in today and every single table was dirty , the women’s bathroom was so disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and there was a horrific smell in there . When I told the 2 teenage boy workers there they just looked at each other and laughed , and just repeated what I said . I called corporate to complain it was that bad . If they aren’t cleaning the tables and bathroom you think they’re worried about handling your food with clean hands or food safety ? Do yourselves a favor and don’t eat at this location !!!!!!!
Food was alright, very light on the chicken. Wife got the burrito and said she was satisfied with the girth. If only she gave me the same complaint. Pop machine was out of two items and Mr Pibb was lacking syrup. Ended up going with water. Not the best chipotle we’ve visited.

They have gotten my order wrong twice now! Clearly the people who work here cannot read or just don't care. Who substitutes cheese for lettuce? Its clearly printed on the order. They also cannot help you when you call. They tell you to talk to the automated customer service or you have to return to the store. I'll never come back to this location again.
