I want to share a troubling experience I recently had at a Chipotle restaurant. I went in to grab a bowl and three tacos, including guacamole. When I got to the guacamole, it was very clear that something was off—it looked spoiled. Concerned, I asked the employee behind the counter why they were serving it. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said it looked like that due to the temperature. I informed him that it was not acceptable and that they should not be serving it. Again, he just shrugged his shoulders, showing no concern.

I later called the manager, Mr. Jones, to report the issue. He told me that the guacamole was sent to them in that condition and insisted it was good. I am shocked by the lack of care and attention to food safety standards. I urge everyone to be cautious and always check their food carefully. This is not the standard we expect.

Worst Chipotle I've been too. Blaring club music. Food was not up to Chipotle standards, colder, wrong/ missing ingredients in food, salsa was just diced tomatoes, chicken al pastor tasted wrong/ overcooked, undercooked beans and rice, food looked visiblely different. Tables dirty, garbage full, no receipt, low communication from staff while ordering, no greeting.

Out of white rice, guacamole, corn salsa, lettuce, and more. Brown rice wasn’t cooked all the way pinto beans weren’t cooked all the way. The chicken al pastor had peppers mixed in (I assume they fell in). Lastly the pico was just all tomato found one small piece of onion in my whole bowl.

Not the best chipotle . Customer service is poor compared to other chipotles across the country. beans were good texture tho & portions were nice .

It is by far the worst Chipotle. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly, the way they put food in the bowl is disgusting, the kitchen surfaces were dirty and smeary. I lost my appetite I throwed my bowl away.

Chipotle rice bowl is one of my favorites food when I go outside, so I usually eat from different locations. But in this store they were putting very less amount of all ingredients. When I asked ‘why you are putting everything less quantity?’ They replied if I pay extra, then they will put the amount correctly.
