Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Palm Beach Gardens

“I ask for a chicken salad, gave me a wrap and barely any chicken.

I paid for extra Parmesan cheese, and got no cheese at all.

Paid for extra Thai peanut sauce , got no sauce whatsoever.

Asked for sea salt chips, gave me vinegar chips.

Only thing done correct was not adding the cilantro.

I couldn’t stay to have them fix the order since I was running late, but had thought the wrap would at least have all the ingredients I paid for, but nope.

Just sharing to be mindful about this location. They definitely stole my money by not giving me what I paid for.

“Very dead atmosphere, the lady there was very inconsiderate and rude. You can tell when someone doesn’t want to work. There was no friendly introduction or anything. She just asked was I getting food in a way I could tell she was very annoyed. Must be short staffed as well cause there was only one person working there“
