“I came in with my young son today to grab 2 smoothies for us. They were ready and waiting in the cubes when we arrived, which never happens at the delray location. Anyway, one of the workers Nyla (sorry not sure spelling) saw I had my hands full and offered me a drink carrier. She came over with it in a bag and placed the drinks in there for me, then proceeded to open the door for us on the way out. Amazing customer service! Thank you Nyla!“

“My husband, daughter and I went here this evening somewhat close to closing time. I wanted something light on my stomach. It had been years since I had been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe location, and the Chia Boost smoothie was absolutely delicious! We also had the turkey bacon sandwich and it was delicious also! We especially appreciated the great customer service we received by both girls working there tonight! They were very kind. I hope they get more of this kind of recognition.“
“Compared to all the other locations, this one is always the cleanest and has THE BEST customer service!! The entire staff here is always so friendly. (I drive and extra 20 mins just to come here regularly) if I could give them 10 stars I would!“
