We have always liked the food at this restaurant but the service has always been lacking. Yesterday we had lunch there and my water was never refilled even though the restaurant was not very busy. We asked that our french dip remains be wrapped and to include the au jus. The waitress said sure but when we got home there was no au jus. I always post pictures, but honestly we are everything so quickly I was unable to get any! I can not say enough great things about this restaurant. To start, the staff is welcoming, the service is impeccable (especially Theresa), and the food is delicious. We had wedge salads and grilled artichokes to start.
