Military Trail in Palm Beach Gardens FL, my family stopped patronizing said establishment because the service and food quality had significantly deteriorated and was deplorable.However, my family decided to give Outback another try on April 10 2024 following a multi-year absence. Although our meal took a while to be served and the steaks were over cooked and not prepared to our liking, the Proprietor, Tinasue Burchfield, went above and beyond to address our concerns and to make things right. Furthermore, the service received from our waiter, Wolfgang, was superb.If you too had written off this Outback location, I highly recommend giving the restaurant another try as the 'new' Proprietor demonstrated a strong commitment to service quality and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Because my family's dining experience went quickly from bad to good, we will be returning soon for another meal.“
“Good food and service every time so far. Only 4 on atmosphere because it's a busy restaurant, which is good, but can be a little noisy. One of our go-tos for a moderately priced steak night. “My wife and I went there to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The service there was excellent, very attentive, and on point. Loved our waitress, who was from Brazil and very knowledgeable about the menu. It was our first time there. A little pricey than a standard restaurant but so worth it! You get what you pay for! They come by with beef, chicken, lamb, ribs and it was all delicious. My favorite was the Flank Steak and the Top Sirloin steak, it was so tender. The Brazilian cocktails were so yummy and delicious. They had a special on a Brazilian wine which was delicious. This will be my new favorite restaurant for a special occasion. I can’t even complain about anything. Restaurant was very clean. I liked that they had mangers constantly walking by checking tables and if everything was running smoothly. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent. I have been to Brazil many years ago and it was just like a traditional Churrascaria like I remember. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or to impress a meat lover. You really have to be a meat lover to enjoy this restaurant. This definitely makes my list of new favorite restaurants Top 5 in Palm Beach County.“

“I enjoyed this (very pricey) steakhouse. The food was well executed, and the staff was extremely friendly! The only caution I would give is, it's VERY slow! It took three hours to complete my meal (and I didn't order anything special)! The staff was very apologetic, and came by often to distract me from this issue, but it did start to get annoying after awhile! I did not regret coming here, and I thought once I got my meal it was great, but if you see the place is crowded use caution!“
“Service was great, you can tell the employees work hard and are running around on a busy night. The atmosphere is elegant while a bit dark and very confined. If your looking for a quiet roomy place this is not for you. Steak was cooked exactly as requested, my only recommendation is for a quality steakhouse the fries appeared to be from a discount grocer freezer section. Step up your game with shoestring truffle or something.“
“I came here for the first time and I already can't wait to return. Obviously everyone knows the rolls are excellent but that's only the beginning. Our server was incredible, she was so kind and helpful. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced. The manager also stopped by to make sure everything was going well.“

“I have to say this wow wow wow from the moment I walked in the doors to leaving everything was above and beyond the waitress sat me down, and then the waiter came and took my order suggested things for me. We started having a conversation, and by the end of the meal unexpectedly he brings me out a birthday cake because we were having a conversation. It was my birthday. Wow the food was delicious Service excellent can’t say more.“
“Food is pretty good. Steaks are sometimes over or under done. My family likes mid rare, it seems like a hard cook to reach here. Usually over done but we've had it too rare too. Staff is super friendly but the bar is slow. We wait a long time for drinks.Kid-friendliness: Kids are def welcome. Menu for kids is good too.“
“Lewis Steak House is by far the BEST steak house we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to the best of the best. Not only because of the phenomenal food, but because of the great people behind it. From the hostesses to the severs, chefs to the owners, the people who make up this establishment really know how to make their guests feel special. When we are here we feel like family which is something you don’t find anymore at restaurants this day and age. If you are looking for an incredible steakhouse experience, there is no other place that can compare to Lewis Steak House in Jupiter.“
“Nice place, full of pretense, though way less the dog-and-pony show than, say, Swifty's. Loved the crab/avocado "tower" salad and loved my peachy cocktail. Pal had the turkey avocado sandwich, which was delicious. They have elegant toothpick fries and crisp onion rings. We were seated outside, with a hostess clearing a vacated table for us. While briefly waiting, another hostess asked if we'd been helped, then told us it would be a long wait for outside...only to have the first gal come back to seat us. Ok. Waitress was delightful. Like that the outside dining is covered, although sun in January is low enough to make the tables/seats on the edge feel the sun. Great option for lunch in WPB. As an aside, the restroom was interesting (very clean). The wall paper in the ladies room had all these statements that appeared to allude to divorce or broken relationships (e.g., "starting again, again"). Not a divorcee myself by it struck me as oddly amusing. Didn't get a pic but we wondered what the men's room's wallpaper was!!“
“An Oasis!! Had an absolutely fantastic time at Rachel’s! I did not know what to expect upon entry, but was greeted in a courteous manner that did not diminish throughout my time. Nicolette was first to be my hostess, and I am glad it was her. A master of her craft and one of the very best. Attentive, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and obviously a sight to be seen!! “Keda and Taylor were behind the bar with other bartenders and with a full bar they gave the service as if you were the only people there. Keep in mind it’s the Palm Beach area wherehigh expectations are obvious. My wife and I did not feel like we were in a crowded restaurant bar, Instead our service was personable and amazing. The food came out piping hot and our glasses were filled at our wish. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of service and food. If you are on the fence where to go for date night or good meal, go treat yourself. Remember to say hey to Taylor and Keda!“
