Located close to shopping outlets in The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, Firebirds stands out as one of Pembroke Pines finest steak houses. The layout is open and easily accessible. They have a fantastic bar and the visual appeal is totally on point. Casual attire is fine, but it really deserves more than jeans and T-shirts. They have seating for small and large groups alike, and the service is excellent.“

“Goriditos delivered one of the most satisfying meals I've had in Miami. From the very first bite, it was obvious that this place takes pride in every detail.

Before the entrée even arrived, I was treated to warm, fresh bread served alongside fragrant olive oil and a vibrant tomato purée that was bursting with fresh flavor. It was the perfect way to begin the meal, and honestly, I could have kept eating it all evening.

Then came the ribeye, and it absolutely stole the show. It was cooked to perfection with a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining incredibly tender and juicy. Every slice glided effortlessly through the steak with almost no resistance, and each bite was packed with rich, buttery flavor. It was one of those steaks that reminds you exactly why a well-prepared ribeye is so hard to beat.

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!“

Dad had the aged ribeye medium rare with mushrooms and onions, a salad and potato au gratin. He liked all of it. Sis had to the smokehouse burger and fries. She likes it. This sis (me) had the shrimp and filet medium rare with fresh veggies. The fresh veggies were perfectly cooked. And several were included. The filet and shrimp were cooked as they should be. Which lately is hard to find. Not at Firebirds. Highly recommend. Ask for Jose. Finished the dinner with the brownie à la mode and dad had a cup of coffee. Delish.“

“I love coming here with my father. Jorge has been my server more times than one. The salads are my favorite and the Flo Filet. Jorge is so efficient, kind, fast, accommodating, caring and absolutely funny. He's so fast, I keep telling him he needs rollerskates, he's that fast. I love the ambiance with this longhorn. The cabin boy kept the grog flowin’ without delay, and the sweet treasure at voyage’s end nearly convinced me to bury me doubloons here forever. Should yer stomach be rumblin’ louder than a broadside cannon, chart a course fer this establishment.“
