We recently celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday at LongHorn Steakhouse today, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah and the exceptional service she provided.

Although the restaurant was extremely busy and the wait was longer than usual, Sarah immediately made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and like part of the LongHorn family. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

What made our experience even more special was how she helped my husband surprise our daughter for her birthday. Sarah went above and beyond by assisting with coordinating several of the delicious desserts LongHorn offers, helping create a memorable celebration that brought the biggest smile to our daughter’s face. Her attention to detail and willingness to make the moment special did not go unnoticed.

Despite how crowded the restaurant was, Sarah never made us feel rushed. She checked on us regularly, ensured our drinks stayed full, made great recommendations, and provided service with a warm smile throughout the evening.

Birthdays create lasting memories, and Sarah played a huge part in making my daughter’s 11th birthday one we will never forget. LongHorn is fortunate to have someone as dedicated, kind, and customer-focused as Sarah on their team.

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! “It has been years since I went to a longhorn, but this experience was absolutely amazing. Although we made reservations in advance for a party of 25 we still had to wait over an hour to be seated. Probably due to the fact that it was a Friday evening and the elderly like to come out for early bird specials. Once seated our group service was on point. Matt our server for our group has a great attitude, very interactive and attentive. Orders were taken promptly for drinks and appetizers. Food orders for kids and everyone was also filled rather quickly considering the place was packed. The food was great; good portions, taste and very satisfying. The manager also did a great job coming to check on things after we were seated but also kept us up-to-date on the status of waiting to be seated. Great experience overall! 🥳“

“Being from New York, we compare everything to our steakhouses back home, and there is honestly nothing that comes close to the price and quality here.
​We visited on May 27th around 4:00 PM. There were just two tables occupied at the time, which gave us a very relaxed dining experience. I want to give a special shout-out to the cook who prepared my New York strip and skirt steak. The quality of the meat was amazing, and it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare.
​Additionally, the kindness of our waitress made the afternoon very enjoyable. We explicitly ask the establishment to please pass along our compliments and let both the cook and the waitress know how great their service and work were.“
