“It’s probably one of the cheapest steakhouses in the nation. Be ready to wait for 30 minutes because it’s always packed. If it’s two people there is usually seats by the bar which will save you waiting time. Rare stakes many times come out raw so my trick is I order medium rare. I wish they would start offering non alcoholic beer. 5 stars over all.“

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

The quality of the meat, the cooking precision, and the ambiance were already impressive — but what really made the night special were the details. Manager JP Abbas and our server Jodi were incredibly attentive and genuine. The service felt perfectly balanced — attentive without being overwhelming — and we felt genuinely welcomed rather than just served. The post-dinner Japanese bourbon (rice-based) they offered was a beautiful surprise and a very elegant touch. “This place is amazing great food beautiful atmosphere, you can't go wrong just move to Hallandale Beach FL, from California and this place has been great, I just hate that they change the closing time from 2 am everyday to 12 during the week, this place is hidden gem, I don't understand the closing time because for a after work drinks and dinner this is the place to go and eat and grab drinks, I hope you guys read this, if you're going close at 12 am do it on a Monday and Tuesday, because this place is definitely a must visit in the city of Hallandale and a place to have a great dinner and drinks late night.“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. “I literally can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our dining experience here. For someone who is incredibly choosy about my dining experience I was super impressed. Our server, Maxwell, for our first visit was incredibly knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak and provided excellent wine recommendations as well. He anticipated our every need and was very personable & polite. The Australian Waygu filet was the absolute best steak I have ever tasted and is now my first choice when available. Pair this with the Darioush Cabernet for an unforgettable experience. The chef prepares the steak perfectly to temperature which is not as common as it should be. “Being from New York, we compare everything to our steakhouses back home, and there is honestly nothing that comes close to the price and quality here.
​We visited on May 27th around 4:00 PM. There were just two tables occupied at the time, which gave us a very relaxed dining experience. I want to give a special shout-out to the cook who prepared my New York strip and skirt steak. The quality of the meat was amazing, and it was cooked to a perfect medium-rare.
​Additionally, the kindness of our waitress made the afternoon very enjoyable. We explicitly ask the establishment to please pass along our compliments and let both the cook and the waitress know how great their service and work were.“
