“A Wonderful Evening at Blue & Livingston

We had such a lovely evening at Blue & Livingston on Saturday! From the moment we walked in, I was impressed by how clean, chic, and beautifully designed the restaurant is. It has such a great vibe and wonderful energy — a place where you immediately feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the evening.

The menu is incredible, and everything we ordered was delicious. We started with the ceviche, which was absolutely delicious, followed by the grilled calamari, which was equally wonderful. I had the Prime Hanger Steak, and it was fantastic. We also enjoyed the truffle mac & cheese, which was rich and delicious, and the tiramisu was the perfect way to finish the meal.

The only thing I would mention as a small area for improvement was the Old Fashioned. The presentation was beautiful, but it wasn’t really a traditional Old Fashioned. There were no orange, bitters, or muddled cherries, and it was served quite plain. Adding those classic elements would really make the cocktail live up to the traditional Old Fashioned experience.

Overall, we had a fantastic evening. The atmosphere, energy, food, and presentation were all wonderful. Blue & Livingston is a beautiful restaurant with an impressive menu, and we will definitely be back! ❤“

“I love coming here with my father. Jorge has been my server more times than one. The salads are my favorite and the Flo Filet. Jorge is so efficient, kind, fast, accommodating, caring and absolutely funny. He's so fast, I keep telling him he needs rollerskates, he's that fast. I love the ambiance with this longhorn. Keep it up. Thank youuuu LONGHORNNNNN. Woop Woop.

My wife and were in town for the week celebrating our 36th anniversary and Fleming's-Fort Lauderdale made us feel welcomed. We will definitely visit them again when we come back to Fort Lauderdale.“

“Whenever I am on the road traveling, I always stop at an Eddie V‘s and it never disappoints. The service is superior. I asked a gentleman to point me in the direction to the restroom, and he literally walked me across the dining room to show me where the restroom was…from the time you are greeted at the host stand to the time you leave they always seem go above and beyond and that is something I definitely value no a days . I sat at the bar by myself and felt completely comfortable. The crowd is always very nice and I always seem to meet the most Interesting people when I’m sit at the bar . The two bartenders were so friendly and really accommodating, also valued their recommendations for food selection and wine… the food was exceptional as always. I enjoyed the happy hour lamb chops with au gratin potatoes along with a French martini .

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. “Goriditos delivered one of the most satisfying meals I've had in Miami. From the very first bite, it was obvious that this place takes pride in every detail.

Before the entrée even arrived, I was treated to warm, fresh bread served alongside fragrant olive oil and a vibrant tomato purée that was bursting with fresh flavor. It was the perfect way to begin the meal, and honestly, I could have kept eating it all evening.

Then came the ribeye, and it absolutely stole the show. It was cooked to perfection with a beautiful sear on the outside while remaining incredibly tender and juicy. Every slice glided effortlessly through the steak with almost no resistance, and each bite was packed with rich, buttery flavor. “We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. Our server, Maxwell, for our first visit was incredibly knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak and provided excellent wine recommendations as well. He anticipated our every need and was very personable & polite. The Australian Waygu filet was the absolute best steak I have ever tasted and is now my first choice when available. Pair this with the Darioush Cabernet for an unforgettable experience. The chef prepares the steak perfectly to temperature which is not as common as it should be.
