“I had visited for my birthday and it was a great experience. Service was A1. I loved that they had live entertainment that night. Full service bar so you can literally get whatever drink you want. Everything we ate was literally so good. Best spicy rigatoni I’ve had, actually had a little kick. My only complaint is that they promote family style but those dishes are too tiny, nothing about it was plentiful enough to share.“

“We brought our aunt to the Las Olas location for her 75th Birthday. We all had a different cut of meat and they all were excellent and cooked perfectly. The Sausage and Empenadas were also very good. Service was top notch, you definitely know you are having a fine dining experience. Wish we weren’t here just on vacation it would be our new regular place for steak. Hopefully they will continue to expand up the coast and eventually open a location in our home city of Daytona Beach“

“I made a reservation for 9 people at 7:45 PM and arrived around 7:50 PM Thursday night but our table still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting at the bar for about 20 minutes before being seated. Once seated, the food also took quite a while to arrive. I understand that a party of 9 can take longer to serve, but we also didn’t take long to place our order, so the overall wait was frustrating.

The biggest disappointment was the $80 cake-cutting fee. We brought our own birthday cake and simply asked the restaurant to cut and serve it. I completely understand having a cake-cutting fee for an outside cake, but $80 feels excessive — especially when that is essentially the price of a cake from the restaurant itself. On top of , our bill already included a 20% service charge.

My biggest issue is that this fee was not made clear to us beforehand. Had we known we would be charged $80 just to cut a cake we brought ourselves, we absolutely would have purchased the cake directly from the restaurant instead.

I was really looking forward to celebrating such a and unfortunately, the delays and unexpected charge took away from the experience. I hope the restaurant considers being much more transparent about these fees“

““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

“My family and I enjoyed Hereford Grill for many years in its former glory, and it has always held such a special place in our hearts. Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, Valentine’s Days, welcoming new family members—you name it, Hereford was our spot. And somehow, even as a family of 12, it always felt like home.
A huge part of that was Alejandro, who was our server for years. He always knew exactly what wine to bring to the table, remembered our family, and had a way of making every celebration feel a little more special.
Today, after years of missing Hereford and hoping for its return, we finally visited again in its new glory. To our absolute surprise and delight, there was Alejandro—still there, still providing the incredible service we remembered, and still carrying the warmth and tradition that made Hereford feel like Hereford.

“I first learned of this restaurant through instagram, I then looked it up on google and was very impressed with the reviews. Let me tell you, the reviews do not lie! Absolutely everything we tasted, from the sangria, to the appetizers to the meal itself and dessert was absolutely amazing! The service was also top notch! Rosy was very attentive, friendly and gave great recommendations. Tony greeted us at the door and was also very friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful! This is a must to try if you are in Miramar!“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! Located close to shopping outlets in The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, Firebirds stands out as one of Pembroke Pines finest steak houses. The layout is open and easily accessible. They have a fantastic bar and the visual appeal is totally on point. Casual attire is fine, but it really deserves more than jeans and T-shirts. They have seating for small and large groups alike, and the service is excellent.“

The only thing for me to remember next time is to ask for the Cowboy Steak to not be not seasoned, because I prefer non seasoned meat. “I love coming here with my father. Jorge has been my server more times than one. The salads are my favorite and the Flo Filet. Pedro told the manager, Cedric, and he took our plates back to the kitchen, brought them back perfectly, gave us a comped dessert, and our food was awesome. That’s a good team. “I ordered the grilled fish meal with 2 sides of your choice. The fish was very tender with a great flavor. My 2 sides were sweet plantains and a side salad. My food looked and tasted so good I ate quickly before taking pictures! lol🤣….I would definitely eat here again!“
