Food was excellent. NY strip tender like a filet mignon with superb flavor. Service was good but not great. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. I specifically mentioned it on the reservation. Not one person wished her a happy birthday nor was anything done to make her night a memorable experience. I ordered a 4 lb lobster, a nice bottle of wine and dropped over $400 on dinner. I guess I just expected a little more from the Palm for a special celebration. I've gone elsewhere...read full review

One of our favorites!! Staff is exceptional and food was delicious! We always try to go multiple times when we're in Florida Always went to the one in NEW YORK and are so happy there is one here

Last time we were a little disappointed as the Palm didn't live up to its excellent reputation. Last night was a huge improvement from last time! Will go back before we leave for the season
